Horrible, for the 2nd time now. I gave a pass the 1st time, but this is apparently just how they are now, sadly. I will not be back. My half Tullius had ONE slice of roast beef on it. It was dry....I had asked for Xtra mayo, and they left the lettuce off like I asked, but also no tomatoes. Oh, and a few shards of onion. Absolutely terrible. My soup tasted like someone accidently dumped the salt shaker in it. It's unedible. I took pictures, that I planned on sharing with the WI St. Store, BUT, get this. The link for the survey doesn't work, AND the app has a glitch too, and had to use my laptop to even order it. Should have been my first clue honestly! We used to order all the time but then they started forgetting things and getting simple sandwich instructions wrong. The past 4 orders have been wrong. This time the pickles that were sent were completely smushed, rancid and Translucent and they forgot my sons meal entirely. After calling I received “Well do you want us to drive all the way back with another one?” And so I said a refund would do since it was such an inconvenience for them and he said “Well I have to have the other manager do that so bye.” Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

I was very excited to try Erbert and Gerberts as people at work raved about it...I finally had a chance and was disappointed...I am from a different town and am hopeful that the store but my house is better. 🤞That it is this particular location that I am displeased with. The (wheat) bread was hard, lettuce soggy and the ONE fire roasted tomato was so rubbery I had to spit it out. Was supposed to be pesto mayo, pretty sure it was just plain mayo. The bathroom was messy and the restaurant was not inviting, napkin dispensers were empty, tables did not appear to be disinfected...I ate in my car. Haven't been to an Erb's & Gerb's in a minute. Ordered online picked up & the bread on my sandwich was hard as a rock! Seriously disappointing taste overall. Lackluster. Barely any flavor to my once favorite sub. Did they change suppliers? How can it taste like this?! I feel let down...guess they don't meet my standards anymore. The employee making the food did not have a mask on.

The service was terrible. The only employee there was outside smoking and couldn't make sandwiches because he said the bread wasn't ready. The place was super sketchy and extremely dirty with a room off the entryway that looked like someone had ransacked it. Well my friend and I ordered from here for the first time tonight. Our food took over an hour to get delivered. I paid for bacon and got 1 little scrawny bacon on my sub. Her mac n cheese was cold and gross. But the broccoli and cheese soup was good, I guess. I don't think I will ever order from here again. Not worth the money or wait.

I have a gluten allergy so I really enjoyed having this place as an option. On two separate occasions, I ordered my sandwiches to be delivered with gluten free bread and they came back with regular. When I called to complain, they would just say they were out of it, but didn’t bother to tell me that when I ordered. Thankfully, I could tell it wasn’t gluten free and I didn’t eat it. They didn’t seem to understand or care about the severity of a food allergy and what can happen. All they would tell me was that I could come back for a free sub. So I got charged for something I couldn’t eat twice and they didn’t seem to care. The first time, I went to try to use my “free sub” and they almost didn’t believe me until I insisted that I wasn’t lying. I used to love this place, but I will never come back. If you have any sort of food allergy or intolerance, I would highly recommend staying away from this place.
