Having a melted hot chocolate, I was disappointed by it. The temperature was exactly warm enough to melt the chocolate, but not enough that it would stay warm for very long. First you have to wait ~10 min for the chocolate to melt and then you have less than 5 min to drink it before it's cold. The ambiance of the place is really nice

Very nice and cozy place 😍 I like them caffee late. But cakes is not that very delicious in my opinion. But I love this place anyway 😀 and all of the frapino are amazing!!! 😍😍😍😍 Sorry for my English 😀

this used to be my go-to coffee spot in Lyngby because it's close to the station, has vegan milk and plenty of seating, and the decor is charming. but on my last visit, my iced coffee was so hot it melted all the ice immediately and was lukewarm and watery. they had also run out of toilet paper, locked the bathrooms, and refused to open them. you couldn't even wash your hands, and there was no hand sanitizer available. half of what you pay for at a cafe is the ability to use the space, and who can sit and sip warm drinks without needing the restroom after? terrible service and will not go back. Nice atmosphere and a good quality coffee, other menu items are mostly mass-produced average quality. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Great coffee and friendly service. However the place is literally never cleaned, there's extremely dirty everywhere. Also the toilets are almost always a mess with paper, feces and other stuff on the floor and walls. I go here several times a month because the coffee is great and it is always equally dirty. I've several times brought it to their attention that the place is a mess but nothing happens, that's why I'm now giving them just one star.

The place is fine and it was cozy places to sit. However, you will find that they run out of cream or some drinks are not available towards the last open hours of the shop.

Very nice and clean place, I'd give it a higher rating if they make drinks that you didn't have to throw away after drinking 75% of it due to the taste of water overpowering the actual ingredients. Luckily the employee I know makes it actually decent and not with the overpowering flavor of water.
