The toilet was absolutely disgusting. Toilet paper everywhere and it was so dirty with mess smeared all over the toilet. The service was terrible and I had to ask several times to be served. When my order did come something was forgotten and the staff were too busy having nice little conversations between them to even care. Thankfully a slightly younger and very nice young guy helped me and apologized. The other staff were very arrogant, in their own little bubble. One of the staff had what appeared to be his girlfriend nearby getting serval drinks and top ups. Other staff would come in and out and more attention was paid to them instead of the actual customers. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person kr 100–200 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Одна из лучших кофейн в Швеции и самое популярное самими шведами! Я думаю почему шведы предпочитают именно Espresso House. Во-первых, очень много в любом городе пусть он будет большим или малым! Во-вторых, сам уют и комфорт который обитает в этом заведении. Всё настолько гармонирует между собой, что лишнего даже и не находишь, разве только не убранные столики работниками Espresso House! Частенько проводилось просить убрать столик, а иногда сами не дождавшись убирали! Но это не большой минус на фоне многих плюсов! Рекомендую всем!) Chicken focasia wasn't warm and the bread seemed like it was from yester-yesterday! Staff was good - and of course I should have complained but was to tired.... Coffee was good though.... Service Dine in Price per person kr 100–200 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Great coffee shop, like all the other EH. Located inside the city station, close to the different train tracks. They also have another EH just cross the street if you are enjoying sitting outside. Really cozy place.

It's a nice, well located place with experienced staff. Biggest issue is the noise. Downstairs, where most of the seats are, you can pretty much hear what everyone is talking about if you want to. Coffee ok, which goes for the whole chain.

Very nice staffs and speedy delivery ! Well, but no one really took care of the restroom….. no soap liquid left and you can see the situation inside !!

Back when Espresso House opened their first café in Lund (EH began in Lund) I really liked their approach to sandwiches and cookies but during the years since then not much has happened. They haven't evolved and nowadays it feels like it has grown to big and lost touch. That being said I still end up there from time to time.

Pleased with the service and the coffee, but unfortunately the atmosphere in the down floor was disappointing.10 to 15 teenagers sitting around a table, where only one had ordered something…. A lot of fuss, noise and finally even a fight... and no one from the staff had any idea about what happened, as there was nobody. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

A nice enough place when there aren’t other options available. Very pricey without being able to back it up with quality or service. Wouldn’t recommend it. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
