Indeed the best plov I ever ate. However, I choose the beef one. Lamb would’ve be too much for me. Maybe next time when I’ll be more used with fat food. Very big portions. The smallest portion you’ll get is 800gr (before cooking which is about 2,5kg after cooking). Thus make sure to come with at least 4-5 friends. Enjoy!
