I am so disappointed with the service that I got from the Elsburg branch, the staff there are not friendly and are rude, today i was there to buy a packet of large chips with my family and they billed me incorrectly because she was all over the show, maning the till and dishing up orders of other customers, so the chips that were burnt were put underneath and the lovely crispy ones on the top, how i noticed when I went to the condiments station I poured salt and shook them, the condiments station was filthy with spices and sauces on the countertop and flies all over the show, i then raised the matter with one of the staff members and she told me that I did not purchase from her I must complain to the person responsible with the sale. I believe whoever works at the branch should be able to help customers, the lady at the cashier had a dialogue with me when I expressed my dissatisfaction which was taken personally, I can't name and shame her because they were not wearing their name badges, but I ended up getting a refund with the money given to me in an unfriendly manner, can this be addressed with the team that was on duty today because I refuse to be treated badly Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person R 1–50
