My husband & I came in last night around 11:30- midnight and the place was busy!!! The young lady up front was amazing! She made sure everyone who walked through the door was greeted immediately and informed about the wait for food. Some delivery drivers weren’t happy to wait for their pick ups but it’s not her fault they had tons of orders & still she handled it with no issue. I was informed about wait time and I chose to place my order on the kiosk because I take forever to figure out what I want to eat, she let me know if I had any questions or needed help with anything to let her know. I expected to wait a while for my order which was fine but when I tell you they were working so hard to get orders out that’s an understatement. I was impressed with how fast and accurate they were working and getting orders out. My order came out way before the quoted time. This staff did a great job and my food was amazing! First time wasn’t sure what to expect but no doubt will be coming back!! Absolutely amazing food and customer service. Very cool and chill environment. Clayton made us feel extremely welcome. I got a full sandwich and cheesecake bites and had to take them home I was so full! Never had a sandwich like that before but it is for sure my new favorite (fat Jersey). Might be put into a coma for a few days on how full I am, but will be coming back as soon as I wake up from it! Would give 6 stars if possible. First time ordering from them, right away I got greeted by 2 genuine staff that are happy to serve you which is rare around here. Service is quick and for the same price as McDonald's you will get a really good burgers and delicious sides. Went here for the first time after being referred to try it a couple months ago. And I wish I never did try it.. the people were nice I’ll give them that. But the place had a bad smell to it and I have weak stomach, I almost couldn’t wait the whole 15 minutes it took to receive the order. However, I muscled thru got the order and went home. This fat shack is under new management. If you asked me about this place a year ago I would say 3 stars. But now I would 5 stars. Everyone is super friendly. The food is great. They might not be a wing place but you need to try out the wings. I love sauce on my wings and I love garlic. I have to say the best garlic parmesan I have ever had. Keep up the great work guys. Pre pandemic food and customer service was great. Two weeks ago I ordered off of door dash the first order came wrong. Door dash sends out a reorder request - second order order came wrong after waiting another hour. Third time I didn’t even want to call to complain because I had waited two hours on these prior deliveries. Today 7/25 I decide to give you another try. Wish I wouldn’t have. These are what you call fried pickles? This is absolutely horrendous. Absolutely terrible. Tastes terrible, looks terrible. I can’t believe this would be served to a customer, not only that I have to pay for this! You should have higher standards or retrain employees.This is not the breading I have had In the past from you so I do not know what has happened but the employees are rude and cannot make the food correct. This Fat Shack is such a disappointment compared to the ones in Boulder and Wheat Ridge. You can't order the specials on the app, and they literally never answer the phone for a call in order. The voicemail is full and is never emptied. I've called 8 different days, 2-3 times each day, to try to place an order or get ahold of someone and the phone is never answered. I've gone in store to order once and I won't be making that mistake again. Doordash and Toasttab orders get priority, so I ended up waiting 52 minutes for 24 wings and fries. Inside smells like unclean toilets / dirty mop water. It just feels grungy and gross. It's really disappointing because the other locations are awesome and this location has been such a let down.
