AMAZING!!! Eric and Luis were so awesome. Helpful and kind, they helped me figure out what to get off their expansive menu. Was super delicious and made with a lot of care. The burger was perfect and I’ve never had fries that good literally anywhere. 10/10 highly recommend and will be coming back any time i pass through bellingham! Thanks boys! The name says it all, FAT KID munchie status for DAYS. Everything you could be craving and more! The sandwiches were fresh, made to order, and piled high! The fried oeros hit the spot (slightly overcooked, but still delicious). The staff was great and greeted us as soon as we walked in! My personal fav was the Fat Jersey, hold the honey mustard with ranch on the side! If you have a craving for something unique, give them a try, you won't be disappointed! Looking for a non-mega chain burger place while visiting Bellingham, I stumbled upon Fat Shack. Despite the dizzying array of heart attack inducing sandwiches, I opted for a double cheeseburger and a large fry. I'd like to say that $18 for the two was excessive, but that is the new normal. The burger was not immense, but the quality was excellent. All the ingredients seemed significantly fresher than anything you would get at McDonalds or the like. It was definitely cooked in enough grease to make the edges crispy and delicious. The fries were hot, crispy, and slightly battered. It was a decent amount for $5 as well. My only complaint about the Fat Shack is the parking is atrocious. Tucked back in a mall parking lot, the spaces are small and there isn't much room to maneuver. I’ve been ordering from this location for years! The food is consistently solid quality and tastes great. I can’t recall any issues I’ve had. Maybe twice there was a sauce missing. And the next time I came in, they made it right. The energy of the restaurant is comfortable and fun and great music! I don’t live close to this store, so to say I drive 20 minutes to get this for dinner regularly is a big compliment. :) golden bbq tenders and the Philly are my favorites! Ordered a Classic Angus Burger (no cheese), very flavourful, but I could definitely taste the calories! I was a bit overwhelmed by the menu so I stuck to something simple. The fries were cooked to crispy perfection and lightly salted - just how we like it. The server even gave us a fountain drink on the house which was super kind! One table available outside. Certainly not a healthy meal option for daily consumption but I did enjoy it. We are from Canada, and we saw it online and had to go check it out. The food was really good. The onion rings were some of the best onion rings that we have ever had. The burger was really delicious. The patty had a very good smoky barbeque flavor. Normally there tomato isn’t quite so thick, and it’s a good thing to because it did kind of overwhelmed the flavour a bit. The fat shack sandwich was not quite our flavor, but it was quite delicious. And the wings my husband said were really good. They had a crispy texture to them that seriously made, the flavour really good, and helps the hot sauce have a different depth of flavour to it. Definitely would recommend this place to anybody that just wants a good burger and a decent atmosphere as well. The staff were polite and knowledgeable.

Got off the airplane after about 4 hours and needed a big meal quick and we found Fat Shack. I of course had to get the fat shack which was so good and big and messy. Burger was made perfectly to my special order (I’m picky about toppings and I hate sending food back). Fries were crispy, and Mac and Cheese bites were rich without being greasy. Staff is welcoming and friendly, too. Easy to squeeze ketchup bottles instead of packets always a plus. Can’t wait to try more from the menu.
