Nachdem wir via Internet unseren diesjährigen Christstollen und anderes Backwerk dort bestellt hatten, wurde uns die Lieferung nicht zugestellt. Wir kontaktieren daraufhin die Bäckerei und durften dann den grandiosen Service kennenlernen. Umgehend wurde uns eine Ersatzlieferung angeboten, welche wir auch dankend angenommen haben. Die erste Lieferung ist bis heute noch nicht angekommen, wird aber seitens der Bäckerei geprüft und nachgeforscht. Wir sind begeistert und auch vom Stollen überaus begeistert. Sehr lecker und nass, einfach fantastisch, so wie wir es mögen. Vielen Dank nochmals an das Team und die unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Beeindruckender Service!
