Awesome pizza place! Had the deep dish Chicago style pizza. Lots of topping choices. One issue with the bench in the booth, it was wobbly. Overall, quick to get seated. Got order in quickly. Food was really good and the place looks really nice. This would've been a 5 star had our service been even half way decent. The server showed up once after we got our food and that's when we were done and we had needed ketchup and more drinks. The guy that dropped the food off dropped everything and ran before we could ask for anything. Pretty pricey and they make it awkward when you pay with a card on the machine and make you tip with the server staring you down. I'll be back because I want to try the pizza, but man, I hope the service is better.. Went for dinner to finally try the famous Chicago style pizza. AMAZING! The best pizza we have had in a long time! TJ was our server and bartender and he was absolutely phenomenal. Absolutely loved my lunch at Fire and Vine!!! I got the short rib tacos, my mom got the cheesesteak, my husband got the nachos, and my dad got the pizza! It was all so good!! The fried cheese is a fried slice of heaven, and the shrimp cocktail is a classic! It tasted so fresh!! Absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back! Staff is amazing and extremely accommodating with allergies and dietary restrictions. I’ve not yet had an item on the menu that I didn’t absolutely love! The bacon is phenomenal and cured in-house. We were just in town for the night. It was almost 9pm and most restaurants in the area were closing. We came into Fire and Vine, 10min before the kitchen closed for the night. We were greeted by friendly hostesses and decided to eat at the bar, for quicker service. Our bar keep was Sydnie. She didn’t seem to mind that they were about to close and assisted with the menu and wine selection. She was courteous, kind and very helpful and professional. We received our food quickly and it was amazing! The crab cakes and lobster pizza was so delicious and perfect. After we ate and the main restaurant closed, we moved upstairs (as suggested) to enjoy after dinner drinks. We were met and greeted by Bobby who helped us with the wine selection and again, was so kind and professional. What kind of wait staff helps and is courteous to a customer who will not be closing out their bill with them?! Bobby! Thank you Fire and Vine for a wonderful evening! Chefs kiss! 10/10 recommend!!! Libby was fantastic! Great food. I ordered the Capricciosa Pizza, which was New York style. Nice crispy crust and the flavor was over the top. Wife order the order the Chicken Fungi and loved it. Our friends order the Rib Eye and Braised ribs. Both were cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Plenty of parking. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

What a delight for Cookeville! I've been a couple times and have throughly enjoyed my food, the cocktails and atmosphere. I believe they are still in there soft opening phase so sure there are kinks to work out, which is to be expected of any new restaurant. Ever since I heard about the pizza, I’ve wanted to try this place. I was seated pretty quickly and my waitress ,Libby, was on top of everything. From the greeting to the service, She was so sweet and really made my friends and I feel welcome. We couldn’t have gotten anyone better and I’ll be asking for her again. The building is very nice and gives the higher end feel to it. A nice classy place without having to go out of town. I’d recommend the deep dish pizza, it was crazy good. Great pizza! We tried the Chicago and New York. Perfect crispiness in the crust. EW was perfect amount of spiciness! Great atmosphere!
