I guess inflation hit this place hard. Sandwiches seem about half the meat and toppings they used to be and tried a side of garlic bread… might as well have ordered another pickle, I think I would have gotten a better deal. First and last time. They changed a pickup order to have no bread because they were out of the specific bread, but didn't contact us for alternatives. Sandwich filling was in cups, and definitely smaller portions than the size of sandwich ordered, yet we were changed full price for the full size sandwiches with bread. Will not return. Placed my togo order just fine and waited. I watched the other before me get sent out in ~ 10 minutes. I waited.... For another 20 minutes while 5 online orders were filled. I was told to just wait because they have a timer to follow to get orders out. I can appreciate that, bit you're also telling the person who is physically standing there that they are less important than someone who don't bother to come in to your faculty. What's the point? I shouldn't have to wait for 30 minutes for a sandwich while orders are made before the person physically there. I'll take my business elsewhere where my business is appreciated. I ate here for the first time the other day and it was one of the best subs I've ever had honestly! I ordered the Club on a Sub and everything about it was fantastic! I would highly recommend it to anyone. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because it was extremely expensive for being a sandwich. It came to $18 for a sandwich/drink/chips combo. My husband ordered a new York steamer and by midnight he was up with food poisoning. We dont normally come to this location and we definitely won't be back! My sandwich didn't make me sick but they over charged us for our sandwiches. Upcharge to put bacon on a blt??? It's not already a part of the sandwich. $17.50 for a blt is outrageous. $40 total for food poisoning. The most unenthusiastic and lazy staff I’ve ever seen. Including the (I’m guessing manager). Not even busy, 5 employees working and the lobby is a gross mess. Trash overflowing, dirty tables, trash on the floor… Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Online ordering makes this place amazingly simple. Excellent customer experience, clean fresh store, and friendly staff. Besides, the subs are fresh and taste great!
