This is a great place for conversation, breakfast/brunch date, and some peace. The "Purple Haze" drink is so refreshing if you want something different. The drink is a non-alcoholic beverage, but it is my refresher. Its laid back. Leia ( I think that's how you spell it) felt like she was reluctant to give me her name and the other hostess with the gold necklace is the reason for the 2-star. We had made reservations and when getting to the location, they told us 10 more minutes. We WAITED for 1 hour and 40 minutes before we got seated. The only reason was because we said something to the hostess. The only excuse was that we waiting for a bigger table and it's first come, first serve (again we had reservations. Whats the point if they don't honor them )but at the same time people coming in after us keep going in and getting seated and even leaving and we were still waiting. We communicated with the hostess that two small table is fine as we were only 4 adults and 2 kids and still disregard and kept us waiting. We had too go and speak with them on three separate occasions. The food and service were awesome and really enjoyed it atleast. These two hostess need training or find another career as their customers service is extremely poor and alway ls had a long face. Need to learn how prioritize things, and keep the line as it comes in or respect the reservations. Poor communication skills and extremely poor team work. Leia blamed that her coworker didn't communicate with her of the request we had of smaller table and was unaware of the situation. This was my first time at first watch after hearing about their fresh juices and let me just say, I was not disappointed! Haley was a phenomenal server! Very attentive, giving great suggestions and tending to our every need. She suggested the Kale Tonic and it was absolutely delicious! Haley made us feel extremely welcome and we left with the impression of wanting to sit with her everytime! 10/10 recommend first watch & Haley! My husband and I tried this place and it was delicious! Our server Haley made our experience so phenomenal! She made sure to check on us frequently and gave us all of her recommendations! I will definitely be back and will be asking for her! If you do choose to go here only ask for Haley, she was amazing! Came into First Watch on a busy Sunday with my family. The atmosphere was hectic but our server Haley really made our visit comfortable and easy.
