Staff were not friendly at horrible and uninterested, the card machine was having issues and the lady taking my order gave dirty looks and it was like she was doing me a favour by taking the order the restaurant was clean enough, the food was half cooked and very oily for some reason, the staff definitely need better training Service Take out Meal type Brunch Price per person R 150–200 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes Fishaways Calamari Strips

Went there at 9:20 this morning and the staff told me they couldn't help me because they are cleaning even though they open for customers at 9:00. When asked when they can help me, I was given bad attitude and just an "I don't know". Wouldn't recommend anyone wasting their time at this restaurant. Terrible service. Ordered and after waiting in the store for 30 mins and watching orders placed after me get finished before mine, decided to cancel my order after 40 mins of waiting. They hadn't even started my order. Unfriendly staff. Will never order from any fishaways again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible service. Staff mixed fried and grilled fish orders and had a horrible attitude when told they got it wrong, they rolled their and held a little caucus. Nobody apologised and we were forced to eat it. Portion sizes were very different too. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person R 50–100

Not even worth one star... They are FULL of excuses. You can order for a certain time via app and they are late 3rd time now! All others stores can be on time or block you via app to avoid pile ups and late orders... But you cannot do this... Nonsens! Your service is so pour..! And got my order 2hours later! Tonight was the 3rd time I ordered fishaways for delivery. The 1st time was about 2months ago where my order was placed just after 17:00 and was told it will take about 45min. An hour after that I phoned them and got told they busy with my order. After about 2 and a half hours they phoned me to say that our food is leaving the shop now. Ive ordered other takeaways in the meantime had that delivered family eaten and till today 10 Sept that order hasnt reached my house as yet. A week ago I thought I will go into the shop to make it easier for the staff if they maybe see you face to face. Agian when I got home half of the order I placed and paid for wasnt in the bag. Strike 2 done. Tonight 10 Sept I thought well lets give them a last chance. I placed an order for delivery at 17:09 with fishaways, message received from them to say they have my order. I also order Debonairs and got my confirmation sms at 17:10 for my order with them. Now at 19:30 the delivery guy hooted infront and when I asked him if I can help he sat on his motorbike with a smile on his face saying yes I got your food and I told him he can go. Ive already went to another takeaway place got food and ate before they even got here. Strike 3 and reason for this review and post. I will never go to them again or any other fishaways or debonairs for takeaways, they might aswell close their doors because of poor service. YOUR SERVICE SUCKS TAKE NOTE!!!

Absolutely shocking service. I ordered on the app, I arrived 53 minutes later only to be told that they don't have my order, they then checked on their computer and found my order. They tried to make all the excuses under the sun why my order was not ready. Not even an apology was given. Extremely poor and disappointing from the staff

Did my first online order. they brought me the wrong food. I ate it as i was quite hungry. Food was good just not what i ordered.. Plus the oke forgot his card machine
