We came in this morning and although it was a bit busy, we've seen the restaurant busier before. Our meal was brought before we had silverware, and I had to request my omelet be warmed up because the prime rib steak was cold. Then my son complained of his biscuits being cold so we asked for that to be warmed up too. We got his plate back just to realize there was dough in the middle of the biscuits. There was no explanation to our bill and when I asked if we could take the biscuits off, I was told they could only do 50%. We didn't eat any of that meal because of the raw dough. There was poor responses from the waitress, the cooks were visually frustrated with each other because they had 2 complaints, and I paid for food that was not safe to eat. I tried to be extremely understanding through the whole thing and I was kind in my requests. I completely get being busy, under staffed, and just plain having a mistake made. But paying for uncooked biscuits my son couldn't eat and the response of "I'm not authorized to do anymore" I should have walked out without paying at all. Then I would have been treating them with the same lack of respect I felt. Instead I paid and wrote a note on the merchant receipt in hopes someone would see it and maybe adjustments may be made for future customers. Unfortunately we used to frequent this restaurant often and now we won't be back. The young gentleman clearing the plates gave the best customer service. He was able to get me the box I had asked for so my son could bring his extra English muffin (so he still had something for breakfast) with us that we also had to pay for.
