This is a Muslim Chinese food restaurant. They serve good quality Chinese food especially their dumplings, fried rice and the fish. Very fresh and taste yummy. Lunch time is quite crowded during weekdays.
The place has high ceiling so it is not hot. But due to cement walls and ceilings, somewhow the voice echo is a fair little noisy, which is still within acceptable level.
For the food quality, this do worth a visit.

Kung Pao Downfall and Dim Sum Disappointment
The kung pao chicken presented a surprising twist, its sweetness standing in stark contrast to the expected fiery dry chilli spice. While it lacked the signature "kung pao kick," the overall flavor wasn't unpleasant if you like sweet sauce chicken.
Unfortunately, the dumplings' arrival long after finishing the chicken painted a different picture. Lumpy and misshapen, their only saving grace was a decent filling.
On a positive note, the price point remained reasonable for a shopping mall setting. However, service dropped the ball considerably. The forgotten ( over cooked / over steamed) dumplings and lack of dedicated dipping sauces (only dried chilies were offered) left much to be desired. A selection of vinegar, sweet sauce, and spicy chili sauce would have significantly elevated the dumpling experience, which currently falls flat.
Overall: While the kung pao offered an unexpected sweet profile, nothing like what kung pao should taste, many items on the menu has decent pricing. Too bad, ensuring customers enjoyment of food is not high priority here as can be observed from the service issues and only 1 type of dry fried chilli on the table, detracted from the overall experience.

A Chinese Muslim Noodle House with decent portions and satisfactory food with free water/Chinese tea. The Selangor Braised Beef Noodles are okay, although personally the aromatics for the soup are overloaded, so the taste of spices overpowers the beef broth. I liked the dumplings but the fried dumplings are more steamed and slightly pan-fried rather than a fully fried dumpling despite the pictures. Their chili oil is nice and has a powerful kick to it so it's great if you're a fan of spice. The interior design is especially simple and blends in the shadows among the bright and colourful shops in Tamarind Square. Overall, an adequate spot for a quick Chinese Muslim meal.

The BBQ meat fried rice is nice. The tomato egg noodles doesn't have any tomato taste. The sweet and sour chicken is VERY hard and expensive. Wouldn't recommend the meat. Overall is quite pricey especially the cook dish (meat/vege). Take note that it's quite salty and oily too.
went in because it says halal and i was super hungry. had a bit of regret when the owner only speaks chinese. so somehow i understood her and made orders as per her suggestions (how did i understand her?? i aint sure) but believe me the dumpling is super gooooooodd arghh . and price is pretty good. the service is a bit slow. but tastewise is great. oreders are made through an apps.

Air conditioned restaurant with water dispenser that allows you to refill water as you wish. For the beef noodle, soup taste good but feels like instant noodle's soup, noodle is soggy and stick together, beef slices are well marinated and nice. For the skewers, the mutton skewers is nice, beef innards lack of taste, chicken is okok.

I came here for iftar with no early booking. I was fortunate that there is one slot available. Fast service & staff response is also friendly. The cuisine is also delicious & which is certainly all ingredients based on Chinese ingredients.

Love the atmosphere that really gives Chinese restaurant vibe. It was my first time here, although it's only walking distance from my house. I ordered the Chopped pepper beef noodle and it's really good. The broth was nicely done, good kinda spicy. Beef was soft and tender. My first time having chinese muslim noodle without adding the chili oil.
The chili "oil" placed on the table is very dry, not to my liking. Not sure if they're the same chili oil that's available for order from the menu. Maybe the one on the table was not even chili oil, just flakes?
The fried long beans are super nice, perfect wok hei taste and smell.
Will definitely be back for more.

Chinese muslim owned. All the food are delicious. One serving can be eaten by 2 persons depending on one's appetite. Reasonably priced. For all the food in the picture and 5 sticks of lamb skewers (RM2.50 each) costs around RM130.
Warning: The owner/waiter do not speak English or malay so be patient with the language barrier which can be fun.
