It was only my second visit to this place, but it was on Superbowl Sunday so I'm dropping a review. The fact that they could put out such a quality pie on that day is incredible. I'm sure they shilled hundreds of pies that day, but our buffalo and diablo pies were delicious. I'd definitely return as I'm sure that their pizza is even better when they're not inundated with orders. It took me a little bit to get back to my hotel so I can't blame them on it being a little damp/ soggy, the cheese steak stromboli was still banging when I ate it. Sauce was good too. The garlic knots though, no thanks. They were lacking. As if they were just toasted buns with a dribble of idk oil and garlic. Maybe some people dig these but they aren't my cup of tea. They need to be thicker, made from the same pizza dough slightly crisp outside but soft dough in the middle covered in the oil garlic parm mixture that's almost a sauce in itself. I ordered the German and Hawaiian pizza. They were pretty good. I just prefer a pizza without the burnt edges. That’s just my preference other than that they were good. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars was because of the service. I know times are tough and every penny counts but asking for ranch costed us extra. Asking to get chili flakes in a cup would cost me extra. Asking just for the cup to use the flakes that were on the table would cost me extra. Charging me a dollar 25, for a cup is a bit extreme. The pizza is good but the service just didn’t match.

Got the Nonna pizza and garlic knots last night and already want to order it again. Probably the best pizza I’ve had since moving to Bethlehem by far! Honestly was almost as good as authentic Brooklyn pizza in NY (and I lived there for years) highly recommend!! Food: 5 Service: 5

We ordered take out from Fratelli's tonight for the first time...large pizza & 3 pasta dinners. Everything about our experience was fantastic!!!! The pizza was absolutely perfect, & everyone loved their dinners. The staff was extremely welcoming & friendly. For me, that is as important as the food. This restaurant has it all! This place is run by the kindest people, customer service is a 10/10. The food is great, fresh, and taste like home. They made me and my friends very happy customers!
