Took my son for dinner after school. We both enjoyed it so much. Hot and delicious 🤤. Very clean eating area. The ladies at the cash register were very accommodating, however the girl giving us the food was very rude. She was rolling her eyes at us. We asked for mayonnaise and mustard, and she was humble under her breath at us. No smiling whatsoever. We almost left with our food and ate in the car. I was wondering why the restaurant was empty. It was like she didn't want us to sit down and eat. Which is sad the food was amazing. My kids and I love this place. We go there frequently. Place is clean, staff is friendly, food comes out fast. We love the thin and smashed steak burgers! If you like thick and juicy burgers this isn't the place for you. We love the cheese fries and frozen custard. Will continue to go. Only thing I can say is the dining room floor was slippery feeling, like it had grease all over it. I definitely wouldn’t sit or allow my kid to sit on the floor. Food was correct as I ordered it, came out hot and in a timely manner. Staff was friendly and even came out and took my tray away as soon as I was finished eating. Was the lunch hour and a bunch of people. Mainly children but a large crowd for sure. The fries are “interesting” compared to the normal restaurants around. Very thin, and somewhat crispy. I didn’t not like them, but feel I could get to crave the difference. They are kind of like potatoes straws just not hard like a chip. I’ll return. Asked for a shake with combo. 5min received food. Which you get from one counter. Drinks are received from where you place order. Asked girl where my shake was. She said it was coming. 10 mins to receive my entire order. Mind you I've been watching her not make my shake while the cooks in the back made my food. I told her it doesn't take that long to make a small vanilla shake. She was too worried about the drive through orders. Food was great. Incompetent employees were bad. I ordered an extra patty on my patty melt. With the pricing, it didn't appear they added it. So I questioned them at the window. They said it's already a double. I stated, I wanted a triple. I can't complain on that too much, they gave me the extra patty free, since they didn't want to change it in the system. The male employee was friendly about it, but the female employee wanted to be combative it seemed. However, look at the pictures of what I received. It looks like they chewed it up and spit it back into the tray. It appears a 3rd patty is on the bottom half, but I'm not sure about the top half. I don't think I will be returning to this Freddie location again. The food is subpar, after 3 attempts compared to other Freddie's locations. Our first time ever eating here & it was DELICIOUS!!! The food was hot and yummy. The fried cheese curds were to die for....gooey and salty and cooked perfectly. The burger was awesome & just what I expected, and it reminded me of Steak & Shake, which I miss so badly! The fries were great too, seasoning was on point & just right! Aside from the prices being a little high, I'd highly recommend trying Freddy's!!

We arrived hoping to grab a quick bite to go, as we had a trailer and couldn’t go through the drive thru, but the door we approached was locked. We looked inside, confused, knowing they were open and other customers were dining inside. We then watched as the employees took turns looking over at us, giggling and turning their backs to us before all hurrying around the corner to hide in the back so they didn’t have to serve us. The door said they weren’t to close for over 20 more minutes, there were customers inside eating, and we had seen employees in the drive thru window when we pulled up so we knew they were supposed to be open. I found another door unlocked and went in to ask what the reason was that they all hid from us but no one could give me an answer. Adding a photo of our view of the empty service area after the employees rushed to the back to hide. Incredibly disappointing as I was so excited to see a Freddy’s for the first time since I moved here. Service: 1

I ordered a regular size shake and when I received it I didn't realize how small it was, so I asked for a larger size. The manager got an attitude and made me pull around and wait on the two customers that were behind me to get their food which equated to over 10 minutes. When I finally received my shake it had ice cream all over the entire outside of the cup and I looked at the young lady and said "there's ice cream all over the outside" and she looks back at me and was like "do you want me to get you some napkins or something?" I said yes and she went and got the napkins and brought them back and it was such an uncomfortable experience. I actually felt bad for the young lady because I'm sure the manager put her up to it. After all that said and done I ended up getting sick off the shake I've missed 3 days to work. Could have been a good place to eat if the staffing was improved like at Culver's.
