My wife and I went here today to try the French Onion Burger. It had a really good flavor, but it was pretty ugly to look at. I love their fry sauce. The shoe string fries are so good. My wife got the peppermint shake. It was delicious as well. The woman that waited on us was super nice and friendly. Her name was Yulia I believe that is how you spell it. She was great. The restrooms were pretty disgusting though so I had to rate the experience lower than I would have liked. My wife’s burger was wonderful as well. Get the fry sauce instead of ketchup, it is worth the change up. The place had a happy atmosphere. It's sad when the employee tells you that they themselves would not come to the restaurant. Please get mature stable employees but maybe you don't offer a descent wage. You put garbage pay in then you get garbage attitude. Food was good though. Challengers of Oklahoma came in tonight eat good Ole Hamburgers and fries, great shakes too. You like salty Fries you found the right place. Place is very clean too, busy drive thru too. Good place hang hangout too, be respectful Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

The cleanliness of the place is abhorrent. Tables with food on them, not wiped down, under tables are the same with empty food baskets, staff did not seem to care when i brought it to their attention. Decided not to eat when my spoon was placed on the unclean table. Gave back my food with only the comment of "oh" . Not even worth asking for a refund. Sanitation definitely needs improvement.

Always great food at this location and Zach went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my experience. They were out of marinara, no big deal but he gave me a small customary ice cream for being understanding. This place is bomb! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Edit: you will see from my profile that I review a lot of places, and almost never complain, however, this one needed to be said. This is the saddest patty melt I have seen in my life. Ordered three meals and all looked this bad. The patties were dried out, super thin, and looked like they were what is scrapped off the grill when the real burgers were done. The first pictures are what they looked like, untouched when I opened the container. Not sure I will eat Freddie's again, and if so I will definitely not get the Patty melt again. The fries were not great, and only good thing was the ice cream. Three patty melt meals, and three small ice creams for $42 would have expected a better outcome. Braums and Whataburger are better options for the money, and even McDonald's or Burger King provide a better burger. EDIT: So, I did the survey as asked by the owners comment and will admit the response from corporate was fairly quick. I will add that they offered coupons for a free meal, which I am declining (I always decline free stuff after a complaining, because it makes it seem that I am complaining to get free stuff)...so that sounds good right!? However....also included with the response was advice that I order something different, as well as a description that what I recieved was correct, and implied that I do not know what a steakburger is, so would be better that I order a double next time. So...since they have stated that this patty melt looks to fit their quality standards, I won't be going back, and would advise against getting patty melts or any steakburger from Freddy's unless you like thin, dry, and blan.

Freddys has really good food, I like to order the number 3 and add a ton of lettuce jalapeños and pickles. I sometimes get chese curds and onion rings. The fry sauce is ok, I don't really mind it, but it's still good. The place is clean and is decorated well. Other than that, it is a great place.
