Amazing staff, super friendly. The beer is really good as well. If you have never been trust the location. It is a neat little hideout. Have not tried the food but it looks good

This place is so great! The location is beautiful, overlooking the marsh, and the people are very friendly. We had two flights, and loved every single one of our beers. Great setting, great vibes, and great brews! Can’t wait to go back.

My wife and I were looking for someplace to get a beer after visiting Magnolia Plantation. We found this place on the internet and decided to try it. There are absolutely no signs to lead you into the place, you just have to trust your GPS! Once you find it, you will love this brewery. With a fantastic view of the Ashley River and great tasting beer at very reasonable prices, you can't go wrong. If we lived locally, this would be a weekly hangout.

Not many breweries offer a marsh view and wildlife to soak up along with the beer. Beautiful covered patio and space. Green Door IPA is one of the best beers in the area and this place is a must visit.

I loved this place, the beer was amazing!!! They had some great sours. This is a small operation, only one bartender and only one unisex bathroom. The taproom was very spacious and they had a lot of outdoor space, off the beaten path, but well worth it!

Wow it's been a minute since we've been to Freehouse and whoa, the upgrades are stupendous. Inhouse wood fired pizza, great beer as always, much larger patio now with a screened in area, and new wood furniture and bar. 10/10 would recommend. Bring bugspray though!

Really cool brewery off the beaten path. Kind of hard to find, but well worth it. Very good beer especially there Sourlina Peche beers, with the Blueberry being my favorite. The lone bartender was friendly and quick, despite the place being busy. Organic beers to boot.

This place was an absolute VIBE. Feels like you're driving into nothing and then it just pops up. Great wood aesthetic and great beer. More lagers darks, and sours compared to IPAs. Friendly, knowledgeable bartender, and a gorgeous view (no filter).

The Freehouse has a deceiving look on the outside, but the inside offers the feel of an old barn. It has a fabulous view and offers that backyard feel. They have something for every palette. The raspberry sour was my favorite. The had a food guy that was awesome, he will have you wanting to order another plate it was that good! The bartender was very knowledgeable and attentive. The owner/brewer was there and talked with patrons. The only drawback for me is it is not wheelchair accessible yet. The only way in is up steps and thankfully I have a strong husband to carry me in. They offer cornhole and darts inside. Definitely a place I will come back to when they get their ramp built or I'll just enjoy the view with the outdoor seating.
