These pastries are definitely of MOF quality. The citizens of Cocoa Village, Florida are truly fortunate to have such a talented pastry chef in their midst. The Opera Cake was outstanding! The Raspberry tart and Passion Fruit tart tantalize the palate with absolutely amazing flavors. The Almond Croissant faultless. The regular Croissant sets the bar so high, other pastry shops can't even begin to compete. Texture and flavor perfect. The coffee served with this delicious array of pastries has been selected with care and perfectly made. I would seriously move to Cocoa Village just to become a regular at The French Delights Bakery. The bakery itself had a lovely aroma which made me pause to look at the menu and go inside. It wasn’t on our agenda-we we’re headed down to the park with our son-it was a perfect pit stop before enjoying some time outdoors nearby. The freshly baked goods were full of flavor without a doubt. The croissant had crispy buttery layers and the passion fruit tart was beautifully crafted with a delightful zing. The counter person shared some details when I asked about the pastries, highlighting the features and kindly offering her genuine recommendations. She talked to me, my husband and son and various points and was friendly and sweet. The customer service was excellent and we actually decided to add more to our order. We had a sandwich and iced tea too. The tea was fragrant and made sweet to my preference. The sandwich was very well packed and included fresh green and a single serving of salad dressing which was so so rich and flavorful. Merci! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This was my second visit since I discovered this adorable little spot because I've been wanting another waffle. Everything we have tried has been delicious; blueberry tart, raspberry tart, choc mousse cake, mousse cup, Chocolate Marvelous .
