First time I'm town, had to seat ourselves, table talker says ask your waiter for flavors and they didn't know what flavors are available, drink came and literally ice wasn't crushed and you get about quarter of the drink only rest is just big ice pieces. Food came had to stand up and ask for toast and the croissants 3rd topping was honey which I also had to get up and ask for. Overall very poor service with only 3 tables in the whole shop. Great little intimate café in the heart of Hayfield Mall. Friendly staff with a great ambience and background music. Had the coffee which was well brewed and soul warming pancakes! Wonderful extensive menu which will cater to all. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person R 1–50

I love love love this place. It is my husband and my go to place for coffee and treats etc. Lovely Sunday meals. The people there are fantastic and know their stuff. I went there yesterday, usually I meet at the wimpy but I found this spot. The meal variety and great beverage lists are so awesome . My client and I were amazed and had a good experience . I did feel that the staff had some small challenges with language but from that everything else in the venue was superb, trendy , upmarket and neat. I ordered a coffee milkshake and it was delicious .

This was not a great visit for a number of reasons. I had eggs with hollandaise sauce and the sauce was really not made well. It tasted like they had made it with mustard from a squeezy mustard bottle - very artificial. The other breakfast was cooked fine but lacked flavour and the coffee was not rounded and came across as bitter. Our waitress was very friendly and pleasant which was appreciated.
