I drive 17 minutes to get to this Fry’s. There are at least 10 Fry’s locations that are closer to me than this one but this one is amazing! Always fully staffed, always at least some lanes open that aren’t self checkout, fully stocked produce and other products. The clothes section at this location is much larger and nicer than the other ones. There’s a temperate wine cellar and beer/wine bar in the store. They have a full size courtyard water fountain and a little outside plant area. There’s a Chompies in here. They have several food options for quick lunch. This Fry’s can’t be beat!

Yesterday the store had some sort of special event. Wow! Talk about making gtocery shopping FUN. I ran in for a few items but ended up staying and shopping thanks to all the food sample tables and super-helpful employees. If grocery shopping could be called memorable, this would be it. The roses I bought there two weeks ago are still kicking. Love the enormous floral dept. One stop shop for drugstore goods too. Great store with huge selection in every area.
All grocery stores should be this big and awesome! Most stores have a sushi making kiosk but this has a Ramen bar, a Chompies and and an actual bar that serves drinks.

Went for a Bingo birthday party. Great music played at a reasonable volume. Decent beer selection. When the karaoke machine ran out of batteries we were able to get new ones real quick.

We usually have great experiences here. I've left great reviews. Well, we finally had a bad experience. Will it keep me from returning? No, we'll still shop here. The lady at the check out counter finalized our bill before she took our coupons. Then she said that is why she asks for the coupons first, which she did not... anyway, we had to go to the customer service counter where the service agent was talking to the customer in front of us. When we finally get service, we told her what happened and all we got was "ok". There was also a $10 discount for Saturday that we asked if they could add that for the inconvenience. Got ignored and she said you're all set. No acknowledgement. First bad experience, but we'll still be back.

Whether you come to do some light grocery shopping come to attend a professional chef training course, at their designer kitchen near the front of the store, this is hands-down the classiest Fry's, in the entire city. 50% of the parking lot is covered with shades and there's also a valet parking in case you don't feel like putting it in the shade yourself. The store is impeccably clean. Check out the book and magazine section with old-world bookcases and rolling ladders. All in all, the store has a very warm and cozy feel about it, despite its expansive floor space. (At least 2 acres). Easy to spot from Shea blvd. Or Tatum, it is well planned. *If you like my reviews give me a thumbs up*
I've lived in the area since 2007. I love d the remodel known as the "fancy Fry's." Your new employee, Christina, at the new wine bar was so hospitable tonight.

Amazing grocery store. You want for nothing when you shop at this frys. It has everything you can think of. Everyone was so friendly from the meat counter to the cheese section. Everyone is willing to help you find whatever you need. There is a sushi section, a New York deli and an amazing cheese section.
A truly awesome store. A wine & beer bar, a cooking school, an indoor & outdoor seating area, and that's just for starters! This is hands down the best grocery store I have ever even heard of.

Store managers are failing to limit panicked hoarders from cleaning out the store. Managers: PUT LIMITS on purchases. Stop allowing hoarders to rampage. EDIT: three years later and still the store has many empty shelves. Plus, only one cashier lane.
