If only you can give 0 star reviews... I bought a coffee grinder last night. A cheap one - $20 - so I don't expect much. I opened it this morning to use to find that ITS BEEN USED. There are no stickers on the box stating this was an open box return. Nothing. And gross? Why would you put this back on the self anyways? The lid is also broken, you can see the piece stuck in the groove. If they do this to equipment I can only imagine the quality of food here.... *vomit*.

Anne in apparel was extremely helpful for my daughter and I today. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and she is indeed a far above average example! We greatly appreciated her going out of her way tonight to help my daughter out.

Almost always a positive experience at this Fry's. Staff and management are always helpful. Probably only negative is they are out of stock on items a lot. Love this store. As a boost member I'm saving a ton of money a year.

This store, or company, has a ridiculous policy that will not allow you to return an unopened, undamaged item unless you have the paper receipt. Not even if you have the fry’s app with the receipt and the card used to make the purchase! Fortunately there was a customer service member, Arnel, that stepped up and rectified the issue and said he would take the blame if something were to come of it. I hope Arnel gets positive recognition and others follow in his footsteps.

Clean, well-stocked shelves full of groceries of every assortment and home Decour along with clothes, shoes etc. employees are professional and helpful every visit

This Fry's is state of the art and has to be brand new. Very clean and lots of extra stuff than a normal Fry's would have including clothing, sushi etc.

This fries is a fries superstore. It not only has the usual grocery store items, but also has patio furniture, clothing, and many other items. The store is usually busy, but they do keep a good amount of registers open as well as self check out. The layout takes a little bit of getting used to. The store is not as convenient as the Safeway near it, but it does have better prices on most items.

Usually a great store helpful employees. Javin though! Nope! He needs to find a new job if he hates his so much. He had an attitude while I’m pretty nice. We had a cart full of groceries, he waited till basically everything was on the belt, while playing on his phone. I try to be helpful and if there’s not a bagger I’ll help, but this man let me bag basically all the groceries. While my husband was paying he just stood there waiting instead of bagging the rest. I stopped bagging to put the groceries in the cart. And there was some items I had to finish bagging myself because he didn’t. I was being kind and helpful bagging the items. But this man just doesn’t wanna do work and is lazy.

The sushi at this location is top-notch and a must-have! After personally buying and consuming it several times a week for several years (yeah, I'm addicted), I have lots of experience with it.
