This is my home Frys Food store! The service here is always amazing. They have very professional staff, even the younger staff. I can always count on this location to have what I need at a great price. I recommended this location to anyone.

Ordered online for fry's grocery shopping was fun but the pickers need to pay more attention to what they are picking for the customer. I got a few rotten strawberries and one bad navel orange. FRY'S YALL OWE ME

Closest Fry’s to my home so it is convenient but I am not a fan. I saw RAW meat in the Ready Ice box. I understand they want to keep the meat fresh until a courtesy clerk can put it back, but that is just gross. That is unsanitary. I took a photo, I don’t want drinks you put your mouth on next to the items I am shopping just so you can have a cool drink. Gross! So they not have a break room for employees that comes with a fridge anymore? This is a safety issue and I just can’t. Nothing was learned from Covid. Please do better.

100% Fresh Or 100% Refund. Living Up To It's Propaganda, Fry's Employee Are Just As Genuine And Cheerful. If Your All Business So Are They, Thankfully Ingredients Are Vast. Customer Service On The Phone, Helpful To The Point Where They Give You Location Of The Item Your Looking For.

There's 3 people back here... and they are all the slowest people I've ever seen... they do t answer the phone... even when I'm standing in line they don't pick it up... these people need to be fired... I took pictures of the people working... why do you have headphones in your ear at work... when you can't answer the phone???? These people need to be fired

The customer service was good. Blanca was very helpful. She was very attentive I wouldn’t read it five stars I would read it 10 because the service was 10 out of 10 thank you Blanca

I came to this store and once again the service was horrible. To start with there’s NEVER carts available because they don’t collect the carts in the parking lot. I arrived had to go back to the parking lot to get me a cart. In the off chance you do find carts at the store, they’re not sanitized. I informed at least 3 employees about the cart situation and 1 hour later they still haven’t cared enough about their clients to do anything about it. The Hispanic community just accepts a below standard costumer care that is just unacceptable

Every employee I have talked to has always been friendly and helpful. But this store makes me want to cry every time I go shopping. The majority of the time there are no carts when I get up front and I have to go grab my own. The store is not the cleanest I have seen. What makes it the worst is I always have problems with being over charged and have to go wait in that customer service line. It is the worst line I’ve seen in any Frys and is always so long! I only shop here because it’s close to my house otherwise I wouldn’t.

This place puts no effort to even try to be clean. Carts are left in the racks in the parking lot.... other carts are 3 wheel accidents waiting to happen stockers leave their carts in customer's way... food half open all over... have a little class at least... problem is there isn't any where else to shop around the area so this store doesn't even try to be decent.
