This is a Top Notch Fry's Grocery Store. It is a newer building so everything is more spaced out, which is nice unless you are also spaced out. 2 Space Outs = Lost in Space. They do have an excellent Bakery with premium tier cake at bottom shelf prices. Ice Cream and Cookie Sandwiches are dirt cheap. I think it's how they stay in business. Bottom line is Fry's is Good and "Steer Clear of the River!".
I just shopped at this store after being a resident here for a year. What an incredible experience! Juan and Leo were so nice at checkout, but it was the little things. Baskets at both doors, friendly staff with smiles, and everyone was working hard and happy.

Online pickup: sucks. Something is wrong with my order 90% of the time, and I'm not just talking about items being out of stock which I don't consider anyone's fault. I order lactose free ice cream and I receive regular ice cream with nuts in it. The receipt says I got the lactose free and yet I ended up with a completely different product (same brand, everything else different). I order large tortillas, and I receive small tortillas, but my receipt says I got the large ones...and I paid for the large ones which were $3 more than the small ones, per pack. The berries I order are moldy. Etc, etc. The people doing the order pick up aren't paying attention, and substitutions in orders aren't being scanned appropriately. If someone orders lactose free ice cream and it's out of stock then substitute it with another LACTOSE FREE ice cream, for crying out loud. Use your eyes when picking berries. Seriously, most of us have eyes.
The refund process is simple and easy so far, I tell them what I need refunded and it gets refunded with no hassle. But I shouldn't have to refund something from every order. The quality control seems nonexistent and the store needs to enforce some kind of check on whether orders are getting picked correctly or not.

I stopped by the floral department to get some balloons inflated tonight and received the best customer service from Pamela. She was attentive and added some extra ribbon detail to my balloons without asking. Please give her a raise :) she is great at what she does!
Every time I go to this particular Fry's, they have some steak on sale. Every one of them so far has been excellent. Wherever they get their beef from, keep it up.
Most of the staff I've known for almost 20 years and are GREAT. But I really hate not having a choice to not use self-checkout. I prefer a live cashier.
This is my store, love seeing the staff love talking to the Manger about vegan food which is located all over the store. They have done a great job with making sure everyone is taken care. They have a new sushi bar.
Has a pharmacy as well. It makes such a difference when you can walk in a business and they remember your name.
Fuel pumps are as well.
They never have all their self checkout open. Causing long lines. The whole point of self checkout is to reduce the line. I don’t care if it needs a second person, you handle more people in self checkout with 2 than you do with 4.
ngl y’all got some fine employees up in this bi. whoever’s in charge of hiring needs a raise to corporate official cs i be excited to pull up to frys in a full buss down, french toes out to buy a pack of gum or something. 😍😍😍 10/10 would recommend
