Came on a random weekday here. Loved the food. The lamb chops were to die for. Found this randomly off Google and definitely did regret it. Found myself with a free Baklava and tea at the end. Landed in Istanbul and went out looking for a late dinner. The Mrs found this place, and we decided to take a 20 minute stroll to see if it lived up to the reviews. We ordered the Fulane Grill - a mixed grill platter - and we’re extremely pleased with what we got! Tender cuts of meat grilled over charcoal with an amazing smoky finish. The perfect welcome to Istanbul! Since it was late, we declined the dessert menu, but the manager didn’t take no for an answer and sent out two delightful portions of baklava on the house, complete with Turkish tea to balance off the sweetness. We came for the food, and stayed for the hospitality. 10/10 to the team at Fulane Restaurant for making us feel welcome, and of course, for the delicious food! All prices are clearly stated on the menu, and no hidden charges will be snuck in.
