Went for dinner 4/22/2023, ordered two of the Fisherman's Platter dinners, some of the fish were not fish but chicken. I let the server know but they were busy. We've been there dozens of times and were happy but maybe things are changing Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100

Fast service, lively atmosphere, and the food was great! I ordered the Prime Cajun Rubs along with the Funky Punch and it was delicious! Went out after a work function and was just looking for a place to get dinner not even drinks and my girlfriend was screamed at for her ID. The way the man yelled at her was completely unacceptable and disgusting. No explanation that it was 21+ after 9 was given before he decided to scream at her. He also continued to stare and watch her the entire time we were there. I Tried calling and they just said they would “talk to him” and asked for corporate but there is none so this place is probably ran by two drunks. Don’t recommend coming here unless you want to be treated poorly, have trash food, and altogether just a terrible traumatic experience. Great nightly dinner specials with a nice bar & grill atmosphere that can get loud at times. Parking can be a challenge here. 07/09/2018 Well, they've addressed the noise issue but adding dampners in the ceiling which definitely helps. Recently tried their Prime Rib special and it's awesome. i’ve never heard of auto gratuity being charged on a party of under 6, ESPECIALLY without mention on the menu or by the server (even after being questioned about the bill’s total.) staff was inattentive and while we were still planning on leaving the obligatory 20%, tip, it ended up being 50% upon closer look due to this hidden charge. definitely feels sneaky & scummy right before the holidays, not to even mention that i called in to try bringing this to someone’s attention, and was told there was no one i could speak to. i’m a frequent flyer at the worcester location, so it’s definitely disappointing to see. transparency with customers goes a long way! Decided to meet up with out of town family members at location. The food was good the servers was also on point but the night ended with a young man who I think is doing security decided to act out to show off to his friends and start demanding customers to finish and exit 20 minutes before closing then randomly decided to scream out loud in a disrespectful manner for everyone to get out then started making negative remarks to fellow staff behind the bar. As a business owner and recent bouncer at a night club in china town this kid’s behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful to those contributing and supporting the business. The correct response to all is ‘thank you for coming hope you have enjoyed yourselves’ not EVERYBODY GET OUT and start speaking negatively about the customers in front of them The thought of humbling him crossed my mind few times but definitely not worth it and not my responsibility to properly address staff Will not be visiting this location again for sure Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $100+ Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1
