I'm very disappointed. I've eaten at Fuzzy's many a few times, and never have I been disappointed. It was my first at this location (near Grapevine Mills Mall. I ordered the shredded chicken salad with no tomatoes or chesse, with the avocado dressing and extra cilantro. It came with these horrible looking tomatoes. The lettuce was old and brown looking. First time ordering to-go from this particular fuzzy’s. Was enjoying my second taco plate when I bit down on something hard while attempting to eat my soggy taco. Never going back to this location, idk how you miss a bone of this size going into a taco. I recommend going to the flower mound or Lewisville location as I’ve never had an issue at either of those stores. Ordering from this location for the first time and getting a bone taco is a huge red flag. Probably under lazy management with overworked/underpaid employees. When I met with my coworker to talk a little business over lunch, we decided to come to this Fuzzys. The store was extremely clean and organized. My coworker and I were able to order, and go over our paperwork just in time to be served some of the best food with very cold beer. The person in charge was Heather. I've been coming to Fuzzy's since I was in College, and it's been a staple place for me to find comfort ever since. Out of all of the Fuzzy's in the area, this is the spot. Service here is always on point, the food is always consistent. The staff here really go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of when Heather is working. Music is typically good mix of pop. It's not a secret that as companies grow and start franchising that sometimes quality can drop off. I get it, but this location is as flawless as the original Fuzzy's that I went to over 20 years ago. The Corporate staff seem to stay on top of things to maintain that standard. Grapevine Fuzzy taco space -This is the best place to have delicious tacos. Ambience - The ambience is simple , clean and sanitized. This place got good amount of parking space, offers dine-in and out door seating too. The bar set up is also really cool but not spacious. Food & Beverages - I ordered avocado taco and veggie taco , tacos are soft outside , crispy fried avocado with vegetables, tastes really delicious. Service - Due to too many orders, have to wait around 15-20 mins for my food but staff used to reach and update me the oreee status. service was top notch , they are really friendly and professional. Happened to come into this location. Y’all, the store was so clean. The food was great, beer was colder than my ex’s heart. The manager went out of her way to check on us and make sure everything was good. Her name is Heather and every single Fuzzys should have a Heather in their store. Can’t wait to be back in that area. I stumbled upon this Fuzzy’s extremely hungry and in a rush early one morning; and it was just my luck that I found an absolute gem! Miguel was so welcoming and hospitable that I instantly felt right at home. I’ve since made this my go to breakfast stop and a nice place to kick back and relax after a hard days work to unwind ; great food great service great price great atmosphere! A must experience!
