clean restaurant. the noodles were very chewy, the soup was light, and has a slight medicinal taste, which made me drank the whole bowl. the wontons were little pieces that absorbed the soup. it was a huge bowl. very satisfying! 牛肉麵（小）140，主觀感受：麵體是好吃的，湯頭有中藥胡椒味，辣度比微辣再辣一點，看起來不油但是喝起來就是有油膩感，但還不至於讓我胃酸逆流，肉帶一點筋還不錯。推薦給喜歡中藥味的朋友～豆干兩片30元淋醬油膏，本身不會太鹹 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–200 Food: 4 Service: 5

開在附近故來嚐鮮本日點了小碗招牌牛肉麵140+65厚炸雞排小碗牛肉麵： 5星無可挑剔的招牌，湯頭非一般紅燒油膩且燥熱重鹹，而是鮮甜順口，鹹甜適中。當中的牛肉軟嫩，麵體有彈性嚼勁且能吸附湯汁，青菜也煮的剛好，一切都很協調。厚炸雞排：3.5星與實際想像有點落差，與一般這價位的雞排比不算厚也不算大塊，有可能雞排漲價了，所以65只能這樣，個人覺得可以80-90去買大塊的會更有吃雞排的感覺，性價比不高，味道與炸的酥脆，吃起來還算不錯，故過半再多半顆星，應該合情合理。再來是打卡活動送的小菜（海帶+豆干）算是中規中矩，豆干比較嫩，海帶就海帶，不過海帶一整大條可以！調味就簡單的醬油，也非常符合一般麵店小菜切盤的方式。給的奶茶還不錯。 5 星總結： 4.5星以牛肉麵店來說實屬上乘，會因為他的牛肉麵再次光臨，集點卡可以用得上，其他品項之後有試到再說！ Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
