I always enjoy Galitos. They should improve their telephone service. I had to give up on my order due to me not being able to get through to them, I decided to go to The Albert Millin. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

The worst service I have ever experienced at Galitos, I placed my order at 11:37, the food got here cold and tasted like it had been reheated at 14:30. I asked for a refund and nothing happened, they also forgot to bring the drink we ordered, that agreed to pay for as long as they bring it, it is now 19:30 and after phoning them multiple times o still don't have my full order

They prepared my order on a call, and I was able to collect even though they were not fully open that morning. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

All the food is Excellent value for money , the staff are all well trained and offer exceptional service. The food is also delicious. I highly recommend this chain restaurant.
