Gallo Rosso Restaurant,Pizzeria a Vienna

Gallo Rosso is a great Italian restaurant located in Vienna. The cuisine is typically Italian with many seasonal dishes. It also offers its own parking lot, which is very convenient. The pizza is really outstanding and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The young waitresses are attentive and always friendly. Unfortunately, one of the waiters seems not to understand his job. He is unfriendly and lazy, making customers feel unwelcome even though they want to spend their money there. After ordering, customers have to wait a long time for their orders and are even verbally attacked. It's really a shame because the other employees do a great job. On weekdays there are good deals available, and the restaurant also has rooms for smaller private parties of up to 60 people. The Italian food is good and the service is friendly. Unfortunately, the Arab-speaking pizza chef smokes and talks on the phone while working, which is very disrespectful towards the guests. The Tiramisu was huge but lacked flavor. All in all, Gallo Rosso is a great Italian restaurant with good food, friendly service and pleasant atmosphere. The only downside is the waiter who doesn't seem to understand his job and the pizza chef smoking and talking on the phone while working.
