Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. One of the most pleasant surprises was the young lady who seated us and helped. Serve us had such excellent customer service. She knew how to talk and when we found out she was just a junior in high school we were amazed. it gives you hope for the future. With a high price of everything nowadays, it’s great to have something that was well worth the value. I would definitely go again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wonderful place. It's delicious, the food is well presented, the staff is fast and efficient. There are so many options for gluten free and dairy free. It's awesome for people who are sensitive to those types of foods and it tastes so good! Can't wait to try other dishes! We will definitely be back. Ps. Gather is an amazing Bistro & Cafe! We stopped here on a road trip by chance and were not disappointed. Their food was culturally diverse and delicious. A beautiful and charming environment, the servers were kind, friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean, and wait time for our food was quick. I 10/10 recommend their Israeli Falafel - it was the most delicious falafel I have ever tasted, with the best texture. My husband ordered the lamb burger and it was also incredible. Phenomenal food! Great drinks! Reasonably priced, with a cozy atmosphere and incredible customer service. I'm looking forward to going back, and trying so much more food! We had such a lovely experience! A gem amongst all the tired places in the valley.

Okay, we probably went there with big expectations based on prior reviews. I can describe it as California wanna be atmosphere, prices and intentions, with falling short from delivering. Food was average at best. I think it's very ambitious to try to recreate middle eastern/asian dishes, but unrealistic, even for a fusion restaurant. The biggest flop in my opinion, were the servers. They were nice but many times disorganized. I don't think the system is helping either, we were visited by at least 4 servers, and that may be part of the issues- maybe they did not communicate between themselves. Some were basically focused on a few older clients (probably regular clientele) when not trying to push extra drinks on the people at the table. We asked for an extra sauce, never got it. We needed extra napkins, never got them. We wanted desert, but we were brought the check almost immediately after finishing our dinner without as much as a question about desert. I think there were many lost opportunities for them to truly interact and help us, and I almost felt pushed out the door (they did not even look that busy). A lovely spot, we had a good meal with good drinks. I got the butter chicken which was good but not the best curry I've had. The samosas were really good. I'd go back to try some other dishes. The apple blossom dessert was really good as well, very nice and not too sweet. Perfect single person dessert servings. Sat outside, with a friendly and helpful staff. Nice setting. Upscale and pricy menu. The food was very good. We will be back. Came back in winter. I tried and wanted so badly to love this place. My husband + child and I went early afternoon, walking in with only l two tabled in the front (main) area used (by three people). We were pigeonholed into the back quarter (behind a wall next to the back bathroom) where a group of 14 elderly sat (respectively) as a group mid-way through their hangout/mealtime. The food was averagely good, I ordered the chicken curry dish which was tasty, yet the chicken had four pieces within which were rubbery on the inside, dry on the edges and seemingly old(?!). The flavors were great, yet ya know the chicken quality (lack thereof) weirded me out. My husband’s dish was too dry so we ordered more sauce he asked for 4 extra cups of sauce (tiny 2 tablespoon size portions) costing $4 more. I also want to note that when I asked if a dish was “a rice dish” meaning just rice and veggies or chicken they would fancify themselves by saying “it’s a rice-forward” dish. Strange as a simple “yes,” this is just rice and chicken or just rice and veggies dish. It gave me the same vibe that Starbucks sends when asked for a large and they say “oh, you mean ‘venti’ size?” As to frost over made-up food-name-branding to charge-up. I would have easily rated this place as a 4, yet since the chicken got me a little gagged, and the lacking service… I would be amiss to not rate accordingly. I had to waive the server down more than three times, for which it seemed to bug / bother her as she was “in the middle of something,” ironically the group was so so so low key, slow as syrup and completely content with their own company. At one point I went to the front of the restaurant hiking my infant in hand to get the attention of the server just to ask for more sauce. Even that seemed to be too much for the server to handle as one ignored me, which another finally asked how she could help. Too bad for all this as I genuinely lived the hand painted wall art and overall “homely” feeling of a local restaurant with flavors of wooden beads, tassels and some tiny Indian flavor inspired dishes. Just felt off to sit for so long without much assistance, and having to ask for water, for water refills, for napkins (getting only three extra when we requested them-and yes we had naan bread so using our hands to eat therefor needing napkins), and also having to request utensils was unexpected.
