I've never had pasta so good in my life! I have ordered takeout from here at least 30 times in the last 2 years! I'm obsessed! Their Key Largo Chicken & Vegetable Pasta Primavera with grilled chicken breast added in their creamy parm sauce are my favorites! Their dinner rolls are like the perfect pair with them! So DELISH! 😋🤍 If I could I would eat here at least once a week! Hah. Absolutely phenomenal! Thank you Gatsby's for the amazing food! I don’t often give 5 stars across all categories (food, service, atmosphere) but Gatsby’s is that and more. We were in town with friends and did not have reservations but were lucky enough to get a seat at the bar. The food was exceptional, as was the bar staff. We will make a special trip back to Bay City to eat here again. Yum!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wowwwww! This was my 1st time here at Gatsby's, and I was blown away!!! Gorgeous downtown location. Super convenient parking literally right in front of the entrance. I dined by myself last night, & the place was jammin' pretty good when I showed up, so the hostess asked if I'd consider sitting at the bar since there's no wait there. I obliged, and am I ever glad I did. Deon, my bartender/waiter, was friendly and gave me great service. I ordered the Key Largo Chicken, and I promise you IT WAS THE BEST MEAL I've had in a long time!!!! The ambience is gorgeous, moody-warmly lit, full bar, nice booths & tables, too. Great waitstaff, awesome bartenders. You could also watch sports from this bar, too! Right in downtown Bay City, only a few blocks from Wenonah Park, the gorgeous waterfront & tons of great shopping is right on the same street! My wife and I had a great dinner at Gatsby's. When we arrived at 6:30 we were told it would be a fifty minute wait and they took our phone number to message us when the table was ready. We expected this and headed a few doors down to another establishment that had a bar and live music. We returned about 40 minutes later and the hostess told us she had a table ready for us. We were quickly seated and drink orders taken shortly thereafter. We ordered appetizers, bruschetta and escargot, as well as our meals when our drinks arrived. The server suggested that she should hold our entrees until we were done with our appetizers before firing our entrees, as we also had salads coming with our meals. It was a great suggestion as we would have had way too many items on our table. Both of the appetizers were flavorful but overall it was too much for just the two of us, but this was a rare night out and we wanted to enjoy Our salads, a side salad for me and a Caesar for my wife were both crisp and the dressings were perfect. I ordered the 1855 ribeye medium+ with the grilled vegetables and my wife chose ginger glazed salmon with maple mashed sweet potatoes. Oh what a meal. My steak was cooked perfectly and the season was spot on. The grilled vegetables were hot but with a good amount of crunch remaining. My wife agreed regarding my steak and my bite of her fish was amazing. The fresh ginger hit the spot. She also really enjoyed the sweet potatoes. The atmosphere was lively without being too loud and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. The entire staff was friendly and VERY efficient. We had a great experience. What a little gem! I had never been and will be coming right back! Amazing food quality paired with amazing service with a full vegan menu. This place is the ideal. Stop in to have a drink and sit outside on the patio or cozy up inside in the warm atmosphere with some seriously awesome food. This themed bar/restaurant served delicious seafood and steak, excellent cocktails (we had an old fashioned) and the atmosphere was delightful.
