What a disappointment. We ordered online and had to wait almost 2 hours. The phone number is not being answered and when the food finally arrived the fries were weak and cold. The nachos were transformed into a goo like material and the food overall was not good. Maybe it was extremely busy today but that still can't be an excuse for no communication at all. I expect to have beeff patty on the burger not 3-4 small slices "kebab meat". So bad for that price. Fries not even close to be "crispy"... Only Kebab was good. It has been 1.30 hours, we still didn’t receive our foods. Called the restaurant and the lady on the phone said it will be there any minutes and another 30 minutes passed. Will not order from here again . Service Delivery Price per person kr 200–300 Recommended dishes Wrap

This kind of Kebab is the best kind you can eat, at this place they have very good packaging with thermo paper and the whole package in quality carton, so very professional! I'll recommend you to eat from here also to order home or at work, you won't regret, you will have a very pleasant experience!

Would have scored this place way higher if they did not allow Europark to hang around at 8 pm in the evening, was around for 7 minutes to pick up takeaway, signs were not at all seeable from the spot we parked at. Thereby WAY to little value for money (400 SEK for the parking ticket) and a bad score. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Workers are kind. The food is good. The place is calm. The only thing is that they dont fill the burger like they did before. In malmö German Döner they do fill it much more than the one in Lund 100%. Good ones i have tried is Rosengård Centrum and gustav adolfs torg they fill the food up. I went to have a quick bite to eat and I was standing alone in front of the till waiting for my order to be taken. There were two staffers up front by the tills, folding boxes or something and four in the kitchen. Around the same amounts of guests. No one looked at me, no one said anything so after a while I left to one of the neighbouring fast food joints. I slept at home, washed today, was wearing deodorant and clean clothes, recently cut my hair, have all my teeth and no bruises. I do not look or behave dangerously. A little smile and "Hi I'll take your order in a minute" could have made this a positive experience. Cannot rate quality of the food, but service was surely not up to par.
