Fun place and great service. We sat in the bar area and had Mackenzie as our server. She did a great job of keeping the drinks full and the conversation light. The food was pretty good and definitely got a lot on the plate. I got the triple play, which is ribs, chicken tenders, shrimp, and a side. The shrimp and baked potato were fine but the ribs and tenders were amazing. The wife got the impossible burger and she said it was pretty good. Her french fries were very very good as well. Nice casual restaurant. Decent food, decent prices. We had a burger and fries, and Cobb salad, water and a couple of rail drinks. The latter was the more expensive element. The atmosphere inside is spacious with a bunch of TV screens on the walls — all playing sports, which I’m not into but it was far enough away that it didn’t feel overpowering. It wasn’t super crowded on a weekday late afternoon. The waitress was very attentive and professional. She asked about potential allergies which was interesting. It was our first time there and I would go back again. They had calorie counts on their menu — don’t know how accurate they were but at the time I was counting (New Year’s resolution). This place was very nice at first but then there was a half an hour wait until we even had anyone speak to us. After we ordered food it was almost an hour until we got drinks. Then all we got food related was appetizers. After we got 2 of 5 drinks and are appetizers I guess they forgot about our food because it was almost another whole hour. At the end we got a discount and coupons for the wait. I hope to never write about such an outrageous experience again with this or any other food chain. We got 2 triple play dinners. The ribs are usually really good but tonight they were so tough on both of our plates you could not cut it with a knife. It was hard to pull apart and was uneatable. The tenders and shrimp were ok but not something I would recommend. We were looking forward to the ribs and was the first thing we tried. I asked for boxes and took it home,I don't like to send food back or complain. The food should not have reached the table. The waitress was nice but had to see us trying to cut and eat the ribs that was uneatable and happily gave us boxes . Horrible to go service. I paid $52 for 2 orders of boneless wings and 2 desserts with extra sauces. They gave me the wrong wing flavor and bone in wings. My desserts were wrong. We started with onion rings with remoulade sauce and BBQ wings for an appetizer and they were both delicious. For our entrees we had a cheesteak with fries, and the crispy chicken sandwich with fries. By far my favorite fries in the area, they were incredible. All the food was really good!! This place has great food, but I am extremely disappointed in the service tonight. I have had wonderful servers before but tonight was a different story. We had a waiter, didn't take our order for nearly 20 minutes, did not refill our drinks one time, and sat around with the rest of the staff fooling around for the entire duration of our meal instead of being attentive to his only table. I don't mind the staff having fun, but this was the worst waiter I've probably ever had and it felt like a disappointing experience. It might have just been because it was nearing closing time, so I do not hold it against him too much. That being said, I have also had extremely pleasant waiters and waitresses here before and the chefs never seem to fall short.

The food was not the best. I understand that tonight was a busy night but many of our orders were messed up. We had to wait a long time to get our food and for some reason two people at our table got their food 15 minutes before the rest of us. When our remaining orders came out the food was cold and some of the orders were incorrect. One person for a Buffalo Chicken sandwich and from the menu picture it had sauce all over it and looked very good. We asked for no blue cheese on it and when it came out there was absolutely no Buffalo sauce on it and there was blue cheese on it and it was very dry. Another person got a burger and asked not to have onions on it and of course it had onions on it.
