We stopped in for a quick breakfast and were surprised by all the options available. They don’t use preservatives, so many of their offerings are frozen, but they were kind enough to warm up sandwiches. OMG when I tell you the biscuit was delicious! 🤤 The English muffin was great too. Soft but not crumbly. We also took some beautiful gluten free scones to go and they have gluten free and dairy free options. It’s a small store, but we learned they have another location that takes cake orders, so excited to try them for our next celebration. Great service. I love shopping with Gluten Free Creations Bakery, especially the herb bread and pizza crust! You've really figured out how to have robust gluten free baked goods that are flavorful - and even vegan options! It was such a treat the first time I came in and could have a cinnamon roll! Hadn't had one in years! And last fall, it was especially wonderful to get a cherry pie at Thanksgiving. Extra meaningful because my Dad passed away in October, and his birthday is Thanksgiving weekend. Pie was his favorite dessert, so I got to celebrate his birthday with your pie.
