I'm so tired of spending my money here and my order is wrong. How hard is it to give a person what they ask and pay for. Never fails my wicked wings are hard. Basically no seasoning at all just plan. Asked for lightly season on my wicked wings did not get it had to send my wings back in. Cook or whomever this person was came to the window with attitude saying if I do it any lighter there will be no season on them. Well to my surprise the wings I received are over cooked and just horrible. Much as I love chicken Golden Chick has lost my business. 25$ down the drain only thing good is my rolls and fries. Every time I’ve gone to this place the orders are ALWAYS wrong. Today ordered 8 pc golden roast, got over salted very greasy gross fried chicken. Ordered macaroni and cheese container half empty and sides all dirty like someone had eaten out of it. Threw all this disgusting food in the trash, what a waste of $40. DO NOT waste your time at this place, they are lazy and just give you whatever is close NOT what you order. Ridiculous, no more chances. Today was horrible. The counter top was wet as if someone spilled their drink on it. Then after we ordered I saw the female in the back who was preparing the orders touch the food with her bare hands including the rolls. I asked the girl who was working the register if they were supposed to wear gloves because of food safety and if so they needed to put them on before they even did my order. They all 3!females went to the back and came back with a box of gloves. Then came the food as we got it to go. The chicken was hard and dry, the gravy was nothing but water and the fish was also dry and hard. Nothing about this visit was good especially the fact that they were prepairing orders without gloves on and touching the food with their bare hands. I have already sent in a complaint and I hope I hear back because I will also be contacting the health department to have an inspection done Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50
