Usually I have a great experience but we ordered the family 20 piece tenders with 2 sides but only got about 16 pieces of little chicken strips tried to call up there to see if we could get the strips we paid for almost 45.00 we spent and the phone number don’t work so we all didn’t even get to eat but 2 strips never will go back waste of money I could have went somewhere else for almost 45.00 and got way more this is crazy
I wanted to update this review because after leaving the review from my experience today Ne’Quan Jones reached out to me and she was so nice, understanding and made everything right after seeing this. She definitely deserves to be recognized for being so professional and caring about making customers experiences better. She reached right out in a great timely manner and has great customer service she is a great employee thank you for reaching out and being such a great employee definitely will be back due to the fact you took the time out to care about how customers feel thanks again.

Hands down favorite place to grab lunch in Greenville if you want chicken. This staff is friendly and fast. I have yet to have a bad meal from them. Sat down for the first time the other day, inside is very clean 👌🏻 😌. As always, delicious.

Most definitely the best fried chicken I’ve ever had! Be sure to get the spicy chicken! 10/10 would go again

Very friendly lady cashier, great place location behing valero truck stop, great food very tasty, place very clean,every employee wearing gloves while handling your food. Definitely coming back.
Chicken needs to be seasoned a bit more, but tasted good. Cole slaw was very good, and the hot roll was WONDERFUL!!!

The workers were ok. Eating behind the counter is not cool. But what I did like is that no employee had a MASK ON. And I liked that. But its a chicken place. What more do u want.
Poor customer service. Ordered curbside delivery.. arrived at the designated time the order was projected to be ready...sat and waited in the curbside delivery parking spot.. crickets from Golden Chick. 15min later after getting tired of waiting and seeing about 5 cars roll through the drive thru, I walk inside and the service counter person didn't even know what I was talking about.. She grabs someone else and they all walk over to some cabinet and retrieves my food.. smh. Apparently it was ready to go 15 min ago, but no one bothered to bring it out. Service counter girl didn't seem wrapped too tight.. she was having a hard time with generic customer service.. no greeting, no thanking for my business, no apology for the wait, no apology for not bringing my food, nothing.. Why call it curbside if you're not going to bring it out. Terrible. Pointless to even order online. But, in spite of all that, a little bit of courtesy to your patrons goes a long way. They could care less at this place.
They forgot some of our food on two orders tried calling the store to get it resolved straight to voicemail every time. Horrible customer service when we came all the way back for our food

My first time for golden chick. Hot fresh food. Full of flavor. Even the bun was delicious. Got full off the sandwich. Gonna try wings later. Super friendly staff. Clean store. Will definitely be going back. This was at Greenville, TX location off I-30 (around mmi:94)
