Ray deserves a promotion to customer relations at a corporate level. I worked 7 years in the food industry and as both a customer and an employee have seen the good and bad associated with it. That being said, Ray provided the best service I have ever had at any eating establishment, hands down. He was fast, kind, and made me laugh more than once. I believe he deserves a position that is more rewarding for his immensely incredible service. Food was good too! Ordered 2 combos and didn't receive dipping sauce and sauce was light and centered in one spot in burgers. The cashier was annoying and was confusing, not new though just stoned. Has hair in the fries too. His name is Raymond, I hate ordering here when I hear his voice and would've left if I wasn't trapped in the drive-thru. EDIT: Went again and had the same joker doing the same stuff. DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION! The kids Mac and cheese with wild fries were cooked to my liking. Fries had a little crisp with a warm delicious seasoned outside. The Mac and cheese was creamy with a white cheese sauce. Noodles cooked el dente. Service was fast, but there was no one in the drive thru line. Cashier was friendly. The fry sauce is definitely a competitor! Best cheap burger ever. Better than in n out since it’s small and family owned. I grew up on Goodtimes and quality hasn’t changed a bit. So damn good. Perfect burger. A tornado touched down very close to this location after I just ordered a sandwich. I saw the tornado forming in the distance when they handed me my food. I alerted everyone in the restaurant that there was a tornado nearby. I was the only customer in the restaurant and instead of asking me to leave they worried about my safety and took me to the safest part of the restaurant to hunker down with them. The tornado continued to get closer and they allowed me to stay with them until the storm warning cleared. They were kind, helpful, just generally good people. Thank you guys for being so kind. Goodtimes charges too much for their food all the while diminishing the size of their burgers and other sandwiches. Their regular burger is the size of the old "Baby" burger from A&W. They also took away their best fries: their natural waffle fries. This place will never get farther due these decisions. Also for this location: the guy at the speaker who cracks the same jokes for years really needs to get new material! You get a free straw with your drink!!!! This place is garbage and needs to be shut down. Burger has no seasoning. The inside of building doesn’t look like it has been cleaned in weeks. Flies everywhere. Drink machines down.
