We have never had a bad experience here. This is our 4th cookie cake since they opened up, and we couldn't be happier. The staff, and who I assume is the owner, are always friendly and polite.

ALWAYS the most fresh cakes & cookies and the best customer service you could get! The owner has taken my order twice now for a cookie cake and gone above and beyond both times. My husband had a major surgery and they decorated the cutest “silly” get well soon cake that lifted his spirits! I wish I could leave more than 5 stars!

The owner went above and beyond to ensure we had our cookie cake for a happy hair party. When I showed up to pick it up it was ready so he offered to deliver it to a l9cation 20 mind. away. THAT! Is great customer service and what I call going above and beyond. I will be stopping by tomorrow to tip them for ensuring we had our bday cookie cake. Thank you!!!

I am so glad that they opened this location here. This is not even the closest one I live to, but I will definitely be coming here from now on for all my orders. Ms.Hillari was so nice from the time I spoke w/ her on the phone to the time I got there. she even came out into the cold weather to guide me to the store because I was lost in the outlet ! top Tier service for sure !! whenever I waited for my order (which was a short time ) everyone was so nice. I even saw them tending to another client and the service was just as great . my cake was well written and it was fresh. Thank you so much !! Order from here everyone you won’t regret it 👏🏽

Totally forgot to post: came in Sunday as soon as they opened. Asked for 13 cookies for a cookie exchange party and they were able get them all fresh for me in just a few minutes. CHEWY PECAN is the best. Will come here for more. Very prompt and sweet service.

I was walking by the store today when I just hear the owners start yelling at this girl to get out and were being really rude to her. It does not matter if it was a costumer or an employee, owners should not be treating people like that.
