I ordered a cookie cake for my son’s birthday. The service was good and the cookie cake was decorated exactly as I asked. The disappointment came with the cookie cake. The cardboard the cake was sitting on was thicker than the cake. I was surprised at how thin it was! It was definitely not worth $50.

The two ladies working today was so rude to me and neither one of them used gloves I walked out with my eyes filled with tears! All I wanted was then to make me 2 double doozies with more icing in the middle they refused and the way they spoke to me was unbelievably rude!

Had an idea of getting a sandwich cookie cake made but couldn’t find anyone to do it. Finally decided to just make one myself and to buy the individual cookie cakes from Great American Cookies. The day of, I went into the store and the guy at the counter heard me talking about what I needed to do to make this big cookie sandwich cake and he said they could do that too! In fact he said he could make it within the hour! I was so pleasantly surprised and relieved!! The party was in an hour and he texted me when it was done so I was right on time. The cookie cake was DELICIOUS and what was left stayed soft for days!! It was a hit! Will definitely go to them again and again.

By far my favorite place to get dessert! Wonderful customer service, my favorite ice cream on earth, and a wide variety of cookies, cookie cakes, and ice cream cakes! Not to mention countless ice cream toppings. Really, what's not to love?

I ordered a cookie cake to be picked up at 5:30. I arrived at 5:35 to pick up my cake with a party to be at by 6:00. At 5:50 I was informed that they were just starting my cake and laughed about it! The cake wasn't finished until 5:55.

There was an older Asian lady who couldn't be bothered to help me but George was FANTASTIC. Excellent customer service. He took my cookie order for my son's 21st birthday. It was almost what I ordered but it said "21th". It was a $5.00 upcharge for the extra frosting I needed and then it wasn't spelled correctly. Oh well - I should have gone over it more carefully when picking it up. Wish I could attach a picture.

Very poor quality control. Don't speak English well enough to communicate effectively. Could not understand Happy Birthday AJ over the telephone for a cookie cake. Marble Slab is always overpriced fir nothing special.
