They were decent cookies, but they were so expensive for such small cookies. If the cookies are that expensive they should have higher quality ingredients or be bigger cookies. Crumbl Cookies have insane prices but they have insane cookies. However, I enjoyed them. I’m not gonna hate on these cookies.
I stopped here a little while ago, and had not any of their cookies for awhile, I thought it would be fun to check it out. While, I was deciding on what to get, there really was no rush at all. What I liked was not only the assortment of cookies there were, but how colorful they were. But, I finally decided on a chocolate and a green style cookie as well. Of course I had to get something to drink as well. It seems that the staff were really friendly, and this location would be worth another stop sometime. I mean, with so much to choose from, I would definitely make a different selection next time.
I ordered the 36 Assorted Big Bite Cookie Box for my son's birthday party. DO NOT ORDER THIS! First off, it doesn't even come in a box. I got small cookies in a bag. The "assortment" was a small bag of chocolate chip cookies, and a small bag of sugar cookies. The girl behind the counter handed them to me and said, "I think this is your order." I said, "You better make sure this is my order, I paid $40 for this." I also showed her my order on my phone, which was confirmed. They scrambled around looking at things behind the counter, and she said, "Yep, this is it," set them down, and walked away. Never again.
I was in town from Iowa over the weekend and I ordered a cookie cake online since I called multiple times prior and couldn't reach anyone to order via phone. When I went to pick it up, I had a full punch card that was for a free cookie cake but they charged my card which I didn't think would happen until I picked up. I asked the girl to refund the credit card but she said she couldn't do that and the manager would have to. She said she would have someone call me to do the refund, that never happened. I was charged for a free cookie cake and not to mention the cookie/frosting tasted old. Poor customer service that NO ONE tried to call.
I ordered a cookie cake for my husbands 50th bday. I’ve ordered from franchise before but first time at this location. I went to pick up order this past weekend and when I got there the young lady behind counter showed me cake before I left store with it. You could tell that whomever was in charge of the lettering messed up and smear it off as there was a thick layer of the smear remaining. I asked her if they messed up and she said yes. Not “I’m sorry?,” not “can I throw in some cookies to make it up to you?” And clearly they didn’t correct it by making a new one. The whole point of paying the $40+ was so that it looked perfect and not like I had baked it myself. I didn’t have time to get in a fight with her as I had to drive 3 more hours right after that to get to his birthday dinner with family. Everyone who ate the cake noticed ACCs mistake. The cookie still tasted good but I am disappointed in the company.
Good cookies. The strawberry cookie is divine with powdered sugar on top, while the cream stuffed red velvet cookie was my favorite. It had a thick flavorful cream. I couldn't even finish it in one sitting.
The only thing is that there a few options for those allergic to nuts. The employee didnt seem to offer explanation but its probably not her call and the management or owners should consider more diverse options. She also seemed a little irritated that were asking questions about the product.
Stopped in to try their cookie dough and went with their birthday cake. It was good, but the portion was a little small for the price and there are other dough specific places that offer better value. Taste wise it was still good, and the service was really friendly!
This place is good. The cookies are great. The location they are at is right by the food court so sometimes its hard to hear them when its a busy day but you get it, its the moa. I always stop here when I visit the mall. Unfortunately the picture they have here is a stupid facebook post that yes did go virual there is many things stated between the person who post it and the comments. They have fired the two people in the picture. The girl who took my order was very nice and the cookies were great like I stated before. They were fresh, soft and very tasty.
