A little expensive now and now you're entres' no longer come with side items. The food is still good for sure but this burger isn't worth 10$ without a side, and this cheese steak doesn't even have real cheese and it's 12$. Plus now they don't serve breakfast 😢. I'm sad and was so excited to come to the new place but now I'm slightly disappointed. A normal dinner with side and drink for one person would be approximately 20$ Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Went tonight for the first time since they reopened. Got the Royale Club sandwich. Not only the best chicken sandwich I have ever had, but possibly the best sandwich. The flavors mixed together so well. Had onion rings on the side and they were outstanding. Crispy and flavorful and the onion bit clean. New location, same amazing food. In my opinion, Groovy Beast has the best food in Gaston County, hands down. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As a family of 5, the food was “ok” but definitely not worth what we paid, our bill was $76. Sides are not included , and portion sizes of sides are very small. A hot dog (plain) was $6. Absolutely delicious , served hot and fresh ! We got the patty melt and fries. My daughter got the hot dog basket with fresh fruit. It’s a nice restaurant, don’t overlook it just because it’s attached to the gas station. It’s two totally different businesses. The people are nice, welcoming even if your black.

How have I not gone to this place before? The food here is amazing! What a unique dive Eatery. When I first found this place I wasn't expecting it to be in the same parking lot as a gas station and convenience store but when I went inside and saw the menu I knew this place was going to be a hit. I had the burger and wow was it delicious. As a side I also had the deep fried mushrooms and these were phenomenal as well. They did have a little kick to them but nothing that deviated from the actual Taste of the mushroom itself.

Hidden gem in Gastonia. We were a little nervous about the quality since it’s connected to a gas station and yet we were pleasantly surprised when we got inside. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as it took us a few minutes to select our meal. Their breakfast and lunch menu all looked so good!! They were packed so you knew it had to be a great place. I would definitely go back if I’m ever in the area.

WOW!!!! Ordered for the first time and I’m disappointed in Myself for NOT trying the Groovy Beast before!! We have been missing out on some Yummy food!! Ordered double cheeseburger baskets, pancakes, French toast and chili cheese fries. EVERYTHING I mean everything was really good! The burger was fresh and perfectly seasoned. Came down to celebrate National Hot Dog Day at The Groovy Beast and got a 2 hot dog basket. Absolutely amazing Carolina dogs. Fries are amazing. They say you pay for what you get, and I'll gladly drop a couple extra bucks for food at this level. If they ever have the Shrimp PoBoy (occasional special) it is mind-blowing and the Chicken sandwich is also incredible. The Patty Melt and burgers are top tier lunch options as well. This place is hard to beat for fresh tasty food.

Incredible food here! Got the Firebird sandwich and I was glad I didn’t get anything else because this was a beast! Perfectly done buffalo fried chicken. Very juicy and did I mention HUGE! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
