My family stops here weekly for delicious, fresh, healthy meals. There are great, culturally diverse menu options.
The customer service is swell, and there is hardly ever more than a five-minute wait for food preparation.
Most recently I tried the newest flavor, Jerk Ginger Pineapple...yummy!
Update (1/14/24): My family lavished in more fresh bowls from Gusto today. We each tried something different...so many choices. The newest flavor bowl, lemon-pepper ranch is absolutely delightful 😋

I like the limited menu. Not overwhelming like some places you go to. Loved the tahini cucumber with tofu.
Friend also enjoyed the ginger lime bowl. Each bowl comes with sweet potato chips. They gave us no utensils or napkins in our to go bag. We only realized when we got home. I'd return.

I have been coming to this new location they added over near Top Golf off Mall of GA exit several times now and it has become one of my go to healthy lunch spots!! Inside is very clean and modern. Also has an outside dining area that has wind covers they put up so you can enjoy the view and be warm even on the cold days. The walk up ordering system to me is easier than Chipotle. You pick from one of their signature bowls or build your own, make a few choices on greens, brown rice, protein, etc and then just walk to the check out register where you add any drink(s) or dessert(s) etc. Each bowl comes with a side bag of sweet potato based chips. Their drink station has some of their own specialty drinks which are Limeade and Mango Limeade. To me their Limeade is better than most places lemonade. Gusto now has a rewards points app that gets you free perks like a free Limeade, desserts, etc. My favorite bowl is the Chipotle Mango Avacado! The sauces are served warm and the mix of all of the flavors is just tasty and addictive on every bite. Another favorite they recommend and I’ve tried is the Queso Verde Queso, which is served with… you guessed it melted Queso cheese as the sauce. The employees are always welcoming and helpful each time I come and the Manager has learned my first name with me just being a random customer. Don’t see that a lot in the restaurant world anymore. Anyway, it’s kind of my best kept secret lunch place, but they are so good and the food is so good I felt the deserved a good review!

I honestly hate that I have to write a negative review about my service here. I normally visit this buford location as often as I can because I truly do enjoy the food. I ordered food through the delivery app for myself and my client. I spoke so highly of Gustos restaurant insisted that she must try it. So, I spent $70 to place our orders and have it delivered to us. I placed my order at 10:40am, 10 mins after the store opened, BIG MISTAKE!!!!! I could not believe what I recieved. I was served old chicken, soggy fruit and veggies. I have ordered the Sweet Chili Mango bowl before around (1:00pm) last week and everything was exceptionally fresh and tasted fresh. I must say I am extremely disappointed, I was excited to have lunch with my client and it was ruined, I had to throw my food away. I believe in being fair as I am a business owner myself. I have contacted this location to speak with the manager and Ashley the assistant Manager spoke with me and stated that she would have her manger contact me and as of today 11/14/2023 I still have not heard back from anyone. I will post side by side photos of what I recieved previously and what I recieved yesterday! Two totally different quality of food and presentations!!

Tried it for the first time and we all loved it. I had the chipotle, mango, avocado with the spicy chicken and it was delicious! Everyone loved their meal and drive through was super fast as well as great service. The sweet potato chips were a nice treat.
Prices were reasonable. I’ll definitely be back. A wonderful, healthy, delicious option!

I loved the unique flavors and choices. I was gladly given free samples so I could decide on which sauce!
Bowl was much larger than many poke Bowl places. I got the Jerk Pineapple sauce and spicy chicken. Bam! REAL SPICE! The cookies were super moist and filled with warm chocolate chips.
Even the side bag of chips were awesome. I left looking up how to start a franchise! Yes that impressed!

Absolutely Amazing! Definitely returning to this location. The staff this evening was top tier, and lobby was very clean.
Please give not only Gusto a try for your everyday healthy, though the new location on Buford is great great!
My time here was so delightful for a take out order, we talked about it the entire ride home.
And their hummus is the Best, Best!!
