Everything was honestly amazing! The hubby and I had a random date night and had to try this place out. The food was great portions and cooked perfectly. We had the Brussel sprouts, crab cheese, fish (1baked 1grilled) & chips, and the perch dinner. Food was flavorful and prepared perfectly. The drink selection was spot on for us! Still had domestics with a nice mix of crafted beers. The ONLY reason we can’t give them a 5 in service is bc my hubby ordered an old fashion and the bartender pulled the cool ice cube out of the freezer with his BARE hands! We were baffled that we just witnessed this with our eyes! Don’t get me wrong alcohol probably (hopefully) killed the germs but to see it happen really grosses us out! Everything was great. I had the walleye special, a great winter drink, and my wife and I shared a tuxedo bomb for dessert. Everything was great! Our server was wonderful. She was there when needed but didn't keep interrupting and the food and drinks were delivered quickly. We will definitely be back. Mark-the owner has transformed the former Hooters into a wonderful waterfront view bar restaurant. Happy hour with Paulina from 2-5pm is the place to be for half off appetizers and drinks. Chicken wings and flat breads are perfect with the seasonal beer selections. Burgers, onion rings and everything else can be split because of huge portions. Fall off the bone ribs too! All right, I checked it out today with my mom. The service was superb. The food was Phenomenal. I had a few craft cocktails that I truly enjoyed. All in all good quality of food, drinks and prompt, friendly service. I strongly recommend their chicken, shrimp, sausage, jambalaya, and plenty of meat. My friend and I came in to eat dinner on a Friday night. We got the calamari and lobster fondue as an appetizer, both were so good! We got the Peach Pier for a drink and Mango something— both were so tasty! Our service was amazing. Natasha by far gave us the best service we’ve had in quite awhile. She was personable, polite, timely and friendly as heck! We loved her! Our entrees came, my friend got shrimp tacos, loaded with shrimp. I got the portobello chicken tortellini and the sauce was to die for. The bread that it came with was SO fresh and crispy. So yum! We will absolutely be coming back, the atmosphere is fun and we didn’t feel rushed even on a Friday night. To end our dinner we both got Caramel Apple Cheesecake… was to die for! This was the first time i try H2O The food was good I got the Hawaian coconut cod. And the peachy drink 🍹 also the veggie pizza. Food was so tasty. It was busy but we didn’t wait. We wanted to sit outside to enjoy the river view but there wasn’t any available table. Service was okay. Food took like 45 min to be served and they forgot about my drink. It was our first time and we went with our social group. Such an improvement to the previous restaurant that was there. Service, food, and atmosphere were great. We had a big group and everything was virtually seedless. We would definitely go back when in the area. It is a little pricey for Bay City but not overall compared to other places I have been with food not even as close to as good. I would expect this though from waterfront dining. The views of the water from inside and outside of the restaurant are almost panoramic. Try it, I would think you won’t be disappointed. An absolute gem!! The atmosphere, food and service was amazing!! We sat outside and it was so pretty! I use a mobility chair and it was easy to navigate throughout establishment. I did not use restroom, so not sure how accessible they are. We will visit again. My partner and I went to H2O’s on Sunday afternoon. We wanted to sit outdoors, so we took a seat at the bar while we waited. The wait wasn’t long and the drinks were good and quick! We loved sitting outside on the comfortable patio furniture. The service was pleasant and we enjoyed listening to the live music. We couldn’t get over the quantity of the food- huge portions! The price point is slightly above what Bay City has seen, but the taste and quantity makes sense for what you get. We’ll be visiting many times in the future. What a great addition to the area!! Beautiful waterside restaurant with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors on the patios. The waitstaff were very attentive and quick to seat us and take our orders. We enjoyed the Southwest Chicken Eggrolls as an appetizer - they were delicious! For main meals, we had the Hawaiian Coconut Cod as well as the Burger with Pulled Pork and Bacon. Portions were large and, overall, very tasty. The only thing I wish was that the patio had sun sunshades or umbrellas. It was pretty hot! I'm excited to come back and try other menu items.
