First time coming here and I was pleasantly surprised. The price can be a deterant but it's worth it for the dine in experience.
The ice cream was good with a large variety. I got the cookie dough and a water.
The service was kind, welcoming and respectful. They have a good staff.
Atmosphere is really nice, the vast seating and space is a great spot to relax with friends and family.
Overall, I was satisfied with my experience and purchase. I would definitely return here again.

The experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the most lovely staff member, Nafeeza. Her warm smile and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease. In a country where genuine customer service can be hard to come by, Nafeeza's kindness truly made my day.
As a vegan, I often struggle to find delicious dairy-free ice cream options. To my delight, they had a selection of sorbets that were completely vegan. I decided to try the chocolate sorbet, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer. This chocolate sorbet didn't taste like your typical sorbet; it was more akin to a decadent chocolate ice cream. Even though I'm not usually a fan of chocolate ice cream, this treat won me over. It was rich, creamy, and had the perfect balance of sweetness. I ordered just one scoop, and it was more than enough to satisfy my sweet tooth.

Ice cream delicious as usual. This location has been here a while. The seating is good but signs of wear and tear is starting to show. A fresh upolstery would make for that back to bougie feel. Great location easy parking.

Ordered a two scoop waffle cone icecream, it tasted divine; 10/10 euphoric to my tastebuds. The top scoop was Macaron Yuzu and Lemon, the bottom scoop was Macaron Double Chocolate Ganache.
The server, Rodrique was exceptional! Customer service was 10/10. Please invest or give that man a raise! He went above and beyond to ensure we picked the best flavours based on our preference. He was very knowledgeable about all the products.
A wonderful place to go with friends. An icecream lovers paradise, where your dessert is made to suit your individual fancy. Friendly, patient staff. Good creamy icecream with many topings to choose from.

I visited this branch today with my Dad, who was just returning from hospital. The young lady who attended to us - Karen, was so kind and patient with my Dad in helping him decide flavors. She truly made the experience a wonderful one!!! Will definitely be returning as long as she is there.
Visited your location at south park and though ice cream was good as expected, the service left a lot wanting. The server/cashing was not at all pleasant and not an ounce of good customer service displayed... In a time where the economy is put to a test is important to have your employees understand the importance of good customer service. The young lady wore white.
