We had a wonderful time for dinner at Hamadi. The food and service were incredible, but my favorite part was the music. The musicians are very talented and are great entertainers. We highly suggest coming here for dinner. The only place in the medina we found that serves alcohol! Delicious beer that hit the spot. Only reason for 4* is I’m fairly sure the price they charged was wrong and they didn’t show a bill. But worth it for a cold beer! Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person MAD 50–100

Absolutely wonderful! Great hidden gem that doesn't disappoint. We had the Kefta Tejin, Lamb Couscous, and a mixed salad (variety appetizer). They were all delicious and more than enough for 2. Olives and fresh bread were constantly brought out keeping us full! The staff was delightful and very attentive. We were also nicely entertained by the jovial musical quartet of traditional music! Our guide took us here for lunch. He told us the owner is Moroccan and the food is authentic. The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor up a flight of stairs, there's no elevator. We had an early lunch and the only other customers were other tourists. Despite this, I really enjoyed the decor, atmosphere, and the musicians. I ordered the chicken tajine with bitter lemon and my husband ordered the chicken couscous. We also got a small bowl of olives and a basket of bread. This may be one of the few restaurants in the medina where you can order alcohol. I really enjoyed the flavors of the tajine. My husband would have preferred white meat chicken off the bone instead of the dark meat on the bone that he got. Our server was very patient (while we tried to decide what to order) and attentive. The tajine was MAD 950, couscous was either MAD 1000 or 1200. Beer was MAD 50 and coffee (Expresso sized) was MAD 20. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person MAD 100–150

The food is really good one of my favorite Moroccan restaurant in Tanger. I liked the meat more then the chicken and the Moroccan salad is a must. If you are looking to spend the evening having traditional Moroccan food with live entertainment (not too loud music) look no further this is the place for you.
