My 2nd time in Vranje and i stumbled by accident upon Handlebar. Great interior, great music (mainly rock music🤘) and very good service. It’s really great place to go out for beer and to hangout. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Lav Premium

A nice friendly local bar, a bit more like a pub than most bars I've been to in Serbia, a music pub :-). Good beer, excellent bar / waiting staff, reasonable prices, and an interesting variety of friendly customers. Good live music, in this case a duo doing classic '80s and '90s pop, which I heard on a Saturday night, with the weather still good enough to sit outside.

Nice place, super friendly staff, and excellent service! They have good coffee and cocktails, you can also buy coffee to go! Sometimes they have live music, the atmosphere is great! Highly recommended!
