Happy Mochi is also known for other treats such as Korean corn dogs. These consist of a rice flour-dipped hot dog coated with a choice of toppings, including diced potato, crispy ramen, hot Cheetos or crunch cereal. Happy Mochi also offers bubble tea.
This can be the new Instagram shop, pretty pink is written all over. As I was driving around the complex to find the Happy Mochi, pink tables outside grabbed by attention. First of all, parking can be challenging during busy weekends here. I was over joyed seeing all pink inside. They have selfie mirror, donut photo opt area, claw machine to play and pretty pink indoor tables. I would say, I’m a big fan on this mochi shop already. I’m obsessed with pink not as much as Barbie doll though.
Customer service is great here. By the way, mochi donuts are trending on social media. Without a doubt many people are in love with donuts just like my son. Whether it’s glazed or sprinkled. There are different types of donut for everyone to enjoy.
A mochi donut or “Pon de Ring” is just like a regular donut, except rice flour is mixed into the batter to give a chewier, bouncier texture. This sweet treat was originally made in Japan. I personally did find it chewy. I tried the mango, churro and Oreo donut. And I got the strawberry drink. My daughter loved it.
I would go back to try out more drink flavors.
Overall, great place to try out the mochi donut and support the new shop in the area.

I ordered online to be delivered, when the food got to my house it was still hot and the cheese was veryy stringy in the Korean corn dogs. Mine and my brother’s favorite flavor was the western, highly suggest trying. I also ordered a drink called “blue dream” and it’s my new favorite drink, I love it! Thank you!
