We were there for the Browns playoff game yesterday. It was super busy of course. Our waitress was amazing - food brought timely, and kept checking on us. Everything was delicious so kudos to the kitchen. I know there were a lot of complainers due to the wait for a seat, but you can’t make an empty table just appear! The staff remained calm and took care of everyone as best they could. They probably all need new shoes from wearing theirs out yesterday! Despite the Browns horrific loss, we had a great time thanks to your entire staff! P. Asked for extra crispy wings they were not and soggy not edible by me. Burger 🍔 was ordered med came well done Was still good tho so no big deal fresh cut fries tasted old and as if they were cooked in old oil and they were soggy and limp. The skins were good as well as the BBQ chicken sandwich the ranch was runny the root beer tasted flat even tho it was from a bottle I didn’t finish that either only ate one wing told the server that whispered in the very loud dining area she did offer to re cook the wings but it was 25 min later I had been done eating for 10 min already and had to leave in a few Minutes as this was at lunchtime Nothing was done we will not be returning. I felt bad only leaving 10% tip but she failed us. $7 was prob too much as my wings that I couldn’t eat were $18 FOR WINGS !!!
