Went through the drive through. Ordered a plain chicken sandwich and other things. They forgot the plain chicken sandwich, and I had to go in. The people were unfriendly, saw people wiping sweat from their forehead and making food, whole place feels dingy and dirty. I waited around while they fixed it forever, finally got my sandwich back, and it wasn’t plain and my daughter doesn’t like mayo. They offered me chicken nuggets instead and said it would be faster, I said I just wanted a plain chicken sandwich. So I had to wait awhile again. Food is great, service is ok, Men's bathroom has had a stall out of order for a week or so, and apparently they are running out of supplies everyday. As for the past few days, we have been informed when arriving that they can't make any burgers. The hamburgers we got were excellent. Actually some of the best ones I've had in quite a while. There was only one young man working and he was doing it all. Taking the order, preparing the meals, and serving them. Kudos to him for busting butt. BTW, Mr Owner, you ain't payin' that one enough. And invest a little in sprucing the place up. It was hard to hear the person in the drive-thru. They made the food quick. The worker keep repeating there self. I paid with a card and they forgot to give the card back, so we had to wait and ask for it back. The burger was big and the fries were hot. The service was bad but the food was good.

I don't dine in anymore. Their service is wonderful tho. Hardee's sells low carb burgers that are meat and lettuce and tomatoes and condiments wrapped in a piece of parchment and lots of napkins to help with those juicy burgers. I love the no bun concept.
